Not Just Donuts

D-​o-​n-​u-​t-​s!!! Did someone say donuts?! Donuts anyone?! Not Just Donuts is your small, neighborhood donut shop for a quick dine-​in or convenient drive-​through with friendly service.
I’m hooked on the glazed donuts and they call my name every time I drive by. As another Unilocaler noted, their glazed donuts are reminiscent of Krispy Kreme donuts, soft and fluffy, but have a slightly more chewy texture. More recently, I tried the giant-​sized apple fritter that fits in the palm of two hands. It was almost like eating an oven-​baked apple cinnamon pie. Your tummy will most certainly be pleased for giving it a try.
Start the morning off with a fresh & hot glazed donut or an apple fritter to make your day extra sweet, sugary, and happy! It’s a guaranteed pleaser and then you can go hit the gym as part of your New Year’s resolution! Not Just Donuts… just do it!!!

Yummy doughnuts! They’re fluffy yet a little more texture than Krispy kremes, great consistency. The icing is plenty sweet. Nice handmade doughnuts!

Don’t judge a book by it’s cover. This establishment may not have the curb appeal of a corporate business such as Dunkin Donuts but it sure hits it out of the park with their donuts. The sit down eating area is medium in size. You have 2 choices for seating. You can eat at the bar/​diner style stool seating or at a table. I took my wife and kids here to start our Saturday morning. It was about 9 am and the place had about 3 patrons in line to purchase donuts. A father and his 2 children were sitting at the stool seatings to the left of the display case eating donuts and washing it down with some milk. A couple at the stool seating to the right of the display case were enjoying their donuts with cups of coffee. A mother and her son was sitting at one of the tables also enjoying donuts with a bottle of milk. The staff was very friendly. 2 of my kids ordered the devils food donut, chocolate with chocolate glaze, the oldest ordered the bow tie with glaze, my wife picked a regular glaze and a chocolate frosting, I ordered the lemon crumble. The devils food was a little dry, my daughter said the bowtie was amazing. My wife said her donuts had a delicious crisp outside with a most chewy inside, my lemon crumble also had a crispy outer layer with delicious lemon filling, Yum. We washed these delicious treats with milk and coffee. This place had a drive thru. The restroom is located in the building but you have to leave out the door leading to the drive thru and go halfway towards the rear of the establishment, watch out for the cars going through the drive thru also when you exit the restrooms. As mentioned in my tip, this place can be a location to enjoy the simple joys of life and create memorable moments with your children. Make it a routine to visit and when your kids grow up you can reminisce about the fun Saturday mornings enjoying great donuts and milk. This establishment seems to have been around and will stick around for years to come. Very delicious donuts, they sell other breakfast items, bear claws and donut holes.
