We had a «specialist» come out who has installed floors for 15 years. He was nice enough when he got here but his bid was vague. We had questions. We called him SEVERAL times and he never returned any calls. Then we emailed. Never returned one email. We said if the listed bid was the price we were ready to schedule to get wood flooring in. Well, low and behold that was NOT the price. Ended up being near $ 15.00 per square foot to install new flooring in roughly 480 square feet of space. Do the math. That’s over $ 6,000 to do a bedroom? WTF? If this place is the cheapest in town we’re all in trouble. They estimated 4 hours installation. Wanted to charge us $ 2075 for the cost of that!!! DO NOT LET THEM SWINDLE YOU INTO THINKING THIS SERVICE IS MARKET VALUE. You can get it a WHOLE LOT cheaper. Do your homework. I will update as I go and let you know what I find out.
Oh and BY THE WAY the wood we needed = OUT OF STOCK!
