We offer a variety of massages, from relaxation to medical massage. Hot Stone massage melts away tension, Deep Tissue massage can help ease chronic tension and medical massage (manual therapy techniques) can be reimbursed by insurance. Pamper a mother-​to-​be with a Prenatal «Pea in the Pod» massage. Indulge in a detoxifying body wrap of your choice. Hosting a party? Make it a spa party. We will come to you. Established in 2008.

2008 Hands in Harmony was founded. Services include massage and spa therapies. In Fall of 2015 it will expand to include facials and hair removal services.

Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner

I attended Delta College, and graduated on the Dean’s List. My studies focused on Anatomy and Physiology, Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal Massage, and various other massage modalities. Continuing education has included Swe-​Thai Massage, Tibetan Relaxation, Pilates for Functional Rehabilitation, Nero-​muscular Therapy and the Gravity Game with Judith DeLany, plus certification by the LMT Success Group in Medical Massage. I believe in a holistic approach to life and healing through lifestyle choices. I stay active in the gym because «bodies in motion stay in motion.» With a balance of rigorous workouts and a busy work schedule, it’s also important to set aside time for relaxation, with a recovery plan that includes yoga and regular massages. This healthy balance and discipline empowers me to provide an exceptional healing experience for my clients.
