Crazy Carl Fireworks

I have been here on several occasions to purchase fireworks. They are a bit on the expensive side, but the selections is quite large, and sometimes, depending on the amount you purchase, they throw something in for free. I also like how they have shopping carts if you are planning on making a large purchase. During peak times, they will have extra cashiers on hand to speed up the process. Also, during peak times, they will have people to help direct the traffic and parking, which is nice.
Come early if you don’t like crowds. Be nice to the employees, as I am sure that crowds this size can be overwhelming. Be nice to the customers as some people may fight for what they want and for parking. Just be nice, ok!!!
You can see the building if you are coming from the west on the south side of I-​10. There is easy access in and out to get you back on your way quickly. Be safe, and use precautions as fireworks can be dangerous.

Pretty pricey things. But a huge selection! They have shopping carts for the busier seasons and the hours are very accommodating especially since we waited the last minute on NYE to get fire works.
They have TVs playing demos of most of the fireworks they sell so you’re not guessing what the heck this big huge explosive firecracker does! Lol
They had a temporary tent open to move things along faster during the checkout process and the actual warehouse was very organized considering it’s a fireworks store.
Parking isn’t that great and because it was raining and wasn’t concrete it was a pain tracking in all that dirt from the hay/​dirt/​rocky driveway and parking lot. Almost felt like we were off roading! Staff was very friendly and we def. got our money’s worth with the fireworks display we put on for our neighbors!

When it’s that time of year to shoot shit off… Make the trip to Slidell and don’t stop at one of those hole in the wall places in the Westbank. Its cheaper in Slidell! Make the trip and get ALOT more for your money!
