I love how over staffed they always are. They have the most helpful sales teams here. They hold the door open when I walk in and my sales person holds it for me as I walk out. Everything is done on iPads here which is really cool!
The selection of phones they have is very wide! The cool thing I like about the store is you can walk straight to the back kiosk and pay your bill or even do simple account inquiries. The machine doesn’t offer change but you can pay with cash or a debit/​credit card.
The service time is fast and easy! I went yesterday got a brand new phone, they transferred all my photos and contacts to my new phone and I got a new phone number!!! All in under 30 minutes! When I go I ask for Chris Lymule because he’s helpful and honest! But any of the other associates I’ve had before when he wasn’t there have been really helpful as well!
