Our location is open six days a week except Sundays and on major federal holidays. Most devices dropped off by 3pm will be repaired and returned the same day (some restrictions may apply). History

Established in 2010.

Fixgineer started as a Freelance service from my kitchen table back in Brooklyn, NY about 12 Years ago. The customer circle kept getting larger, starting with my family, friends and neighbors, I kept an open mind in regards to a nice location, until we found this great corner spot in the beautiful Village of Sleepy Hollow :-)

Hi friends and neighbors, my name is Ivan, Founder and CEO of Fixgineer, but I also sweep and mop the floor, clean windows, make coffee for my clients and perform all repairs in-​store :P

Everything I do, it’s done with passion…

I took over this great location in the heart of Sleepy Hollow on January 7, 2013. And although it took some getting used to the peaceful lifestyle here, (well in comparison to my beloved Brooklyn), Westchester is now home for me, and I love every part of it!

Each new device brings it’s own set of great features along side with a particular set of troubles… I’m confident that I can resolve most device issues, competitively priced and faster than the any competitor out there.

If and when mistakes are made, I own them — no excuses — Transparency is the best policy in business as well as in my personal life.
