If you are a future tenant please stay away and don’t fall for their fancy website. I work at one of the buildings this company «manages» at 105 W Madison. There are problems everywhere.
1. Filthy building with stains and roaches.
2. Bathrooms are old and dirty and frequently run out of tp, soap and warm water. Tenants go out and buy it themselves.
3. One elevator runs all day at best. A lot of your precious time is wasted waiting on one elevator that often gets stuck or takes you on whatever floor IT wants.
4. Just plain dirty and management does not care, as these issues have been brought up before.

Looking for office space was not easy. There are a lot of options and a lot of potential pit falls. When they assisted me, I was able to find far cheaper space in Skokie. It was EXACTLY what I needed. I can’t recommend them enough. They truly cared!
