So, I’ve given the store three tries in the last 12 weeks. Each and every time, I was completely ignored in the store. The employees were way too busy unpacking merchandise and hanging it or rearranging the store to even acknowledge my presence, let alone assist me in any way. The best thing I can say about this trip in particular is that there was someone behind the counter and I did not have to go seek out an employee to ring my purchase. But after spending $ 350 on full-price merchandise, which you know will be on sale next week, all I got was an offer to put the things in the dressing room. No assistance shopping, no assistance picking out matching outfits for the tops I had chosen, nothing at all. They were much too busy stocking the shelves to assist customers. It makes me sad because I love Talbots and this location is very close to me. But I will not be back.

The shop clerks weren’t very nice or helpful. I was ignored when I walked in(though the person me was greeted warmly). One shop clerk even passed me twice and totally ignored me. There was a sale going on, but I didn’t feel like shopping anymore so left.

This Talbots location is huge. it has a Talbots Kids in it as well. The clothes for the kids are really cute. They have a huge selection here and I think most of their stuff is pretty reasonably priced. But the womens clothing here is okay. I find their sized to be a bit big. The accessories are nice though!
