I have used STI Movers twice now. Everything was awesome– from the original call, to the follow up to confirm the move, to the driver and movers who moved my things. They genuinely care and are very professional. I moved from Chicago to Seattle the first time, and it was very stressful, but it was seamless and everything went better than I could have imagined. The second time was from one suburb to another and I had the same exact experience. They are totally worth every penny and I give them my highest recommendation.

I have to say I’m not one that usually writes reviews. Used STI Moving today and I have to say their company is efficient and provides fantastic service. Tony and his crew helped me move from my storage unit. Usually when I’m given a two hour window to wait I honestly dread it, I mean who doesn’t?!? But not today, Tony and his crew were very punctual and I actually have to say they showed up before I arrived. They handle your items with care and were in and out with everything loaded in no time. I definitely will use STI moving again if I need to and highly recommend to anyone looking for a moving service

Fantastic service. I was helped by Paul on the phone to get my estimate and he couldn’t have been nicer. When the movers came they were incredibly nice and hard working, plus wrapped all of my furniture with the best of care. They made my long distance move MUCH easier! Thanks STI!

I was very pleased with my crew and would use them again if I ever did the dreaded move again. They were quick and efficient. It turned out to be the coldest day we have had this year– below zero– yet, they still worked hard and had great attitudes about it. They made an extra stop unannounced and had no problem doing it. I highly recommend them.

First time using the guys at STI Moving and I will never use anyone else. Let me tell you they are quick, efficient, clean, and professional. I’ve used other moving companies where it just seems like they didn’t care at all about my stuff but from the moment they arrived to the moment they left I never felt so important.
Not only did they work with my time they never stopped moving. I’ve never been so impressed with a moving company in my life.

I had used STI for a cross-​country move from Phoenix to Chicago. Their communication was incredible! Amanda and her associates kept me in the loop from beginning to end — I knew what was going on with my move the entire time. As far as the actual men that loaded the truck in Phoenix, Miguel and his team were amazing! They wrapped everything that needed to be wrapped (sofa, tables). They were very efficient, but did a wonderful job. They were neat (put a cover over the carpet), and did a great job of explaining the rest of the process, now that they were in possession of my stuff. Shay and Tomas were the guys that delivered and unloaded the truck. They were great! Unloaded fast, unwrapped everything, and took the garbage/​recyclables with them. To top it off, they were the most affordable option out of all of the movers that I spoke to. I recommend STI Moving to anyone looking to move! Thank you to everyone at STI, who made my cross country move painless!

I find this company very honest and efficient. I’ve used them a few times, probably at least 3 times and have been pleased with them all the time. The most recent one was yesterday out in the suburbs. STI came out on time even with the Goliath storm that was hitting Chicagoland with heavy sleet and flooding. They were able to load everything in their truck fast and then unload just as quickly. The total time it took was 1 hour less than estimated and the lead guy could have done it faster if not for the weather.
I’ve also used them prior during my moves in Chicago. They were consistent and quick. The only thing I remember bad was that my move from Lakeview to South Loop was longer than I expected because they couldn’t take LSD and I90 was backed up. Of all the moves I used STI, I only had 1 or two things ever damaged, and both were minor things that it was not worth pursuing. Otherwise, the crew and company always seems easy and honest to work with.

Tony and his crew did a great job packing everything up from our place in a timely and very efficient way. Only downside to this is we were charged for suitcases, moving tubs, small stools, etc that weren’t put on the initial quote. Movers did a great job but would want the moving consultant to be a little more detailed in what you will be charged for at the beginning or day before so you’re not surprised on moving day.

Had STI team Chip with Trav and Kyle show up when they said they would. Worked efficiently and caring with all my items. I am downsizing and only had minimum load so going thru a lot of changes! They helped my pick up go very smoothly! I packed most before hand but, Chip helped wrap my art work and furniture with such care! I appreciated his and teams’ doing so! I hope the team assigned down in S FL is as caring as these guys! Will keep you posted.
15 days later… As promised, the drop off of all my stuff came today. I had a couple of issues right off the bat which Marcos said just note below and I will follow up within 45 days after going thru all my boxes. After all the downsizing (5 rounds so far), I still moved 73 items! So happy to have changed to STI just a week before scheduling pick up! They are a professional consistent company and I recommend them without hesitation!

STI movers were prompt, quick moving, and handled all of my items with care (when packing my stuff)! They’ve been really great at communicating when they would arrive. I was very happy with the service while booking my move and with the movers (at pick up not delivery).
Everyone was incredibly professional and nice. They didn’t charge me for a few extra items that might have been over my original estimate as long as I wrote this review and showed that it was favorable to them. All of my furniture was wrapped nicely and they made sure my own personal sticker system was still visible when they wrapped furniture.
Update: boxes came absolutely destroyed, nothing was broken, but they looked like they had been thrown against a wall. Movers at final destination were rude and extremely late. It was a headache. STI was good, but who ever they contracted out to was terrible.

I used this company to move out of a storage unit into my first home. There was a team of 4 men who worked extremely efficiently together, dividing themselves up between the unit, the elevators and the truck. They had clearly worked together before because they barely spoke to one another yet they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. They didn’t try to sell me on ridiculously priced packing blankets to wrap every one of my items. They only wrapped what was absolutely necessary and they cleared it with me first, as I was paying for the wrapping materials and tape. The team leader, Raul, also pointed out any damage that had already been done to my furniture (much of which is vintage, so no surprise there) but I thought that was very kind and very fair of him.
All in all, the moved the items like old school movers — much of it on their backs. They did it quickly, safely and carefully. What more could I ask for? Well, they put my bed together in lightning speed and found there was a screw missing. Raul went out to the truck and found one in his toolbox and replaced it. He even glued on a piece of wood that my previous movers had snapped off and hidden in a drawer. Above a and beyond, my friend!
I docked them one star because the office changed my time slot, which bugged me and the truck was late after they called and gave me an arrival time. Other than that, fairly priced, hard working company.

Overall great move, on time, professional and nice movers.
Th operator calls the day before AND an hour before to give you updates on the ETA of the movers.
Martin is great but does not always return a call but that is the only bad thing I have to say about him.
I have heard horror stories about other companies so I am pretty satisfied with STI service.
