Mean! I was installing a garbage disposer. I needed some parts. Maybe it was because I am female, the guy at the counter told me nastily that I needed a plumber to do it. When I finally got him to bring me the parts I needed, he brought the wrong sizes. I had brought in the original parts for measurement. I said «Where is this piece? It won’t fit without this one.» The guy answered «Oh, you want that piece too?»
I had wanted to avoid going to a big box store. But I ended up going down the street to Home Depot. I got great service, and the parts I needed.
