Payless Shoesource

This Payless is just like any other but what makes it stand out is the great customer service. Every time I walk in I’m greeted and helped no matter how busy it is. They really acknowledge and take their time with every person.

I always buy at this store but I had a bad experience with a sales lady. I had a coupon for $ 10 good for $ 25 purchase I was a penny off on my daughters boots ($ 24.99) she made me buy something else to compensate for that .01 off had to buy a pen for $ 3.99 just to get that discount. I told her three times that this is unacceptable she kept telling me her manager wouldn’t allow it. She didn’t even try. Customer service has definitely gone down the drain.

My daughter is an adult with very tiny feet. Like buying for Cinderella. Crazy… «I’ll use the interweb», I thought, to find the perfect pair of ivory heels for a special occasion. I have mail-​ordered to date about 16 pairs of shoes — some have been ridiculously mis-​sized (worst was
) or the shoes weren’t as nice in person as they were in the photo, etc etc.
Just for grins, I ducked into Payless and found great help, advice and size assistance. I bought four pairs (I was encouraged to buy them, try them then return the ones I didn’t want) and they all look like as good quality as the 70.00 ones I’ve been getting from the pageant & bridal mail order places — for about ¹⁄₃ the price! This is my new go-​to place for special occasion shoes. (And no more trips to UPS with return boxes — plus paying all those shipping fees!)

Me and my boyfriend went in there because he needed flip flops for his vacation and we were [of course] looking for anything we can find last minute. The guy who helped us was very nice and they had one pair or flip flops that ironically fit him perfectly… Lol.
They had some cute, low priced shoes but that wouldn’t be my personal first choice. Although it is clean and the people are nice.
