Had the most wonderful experience returning an item. The store was clean and well organized and Asia was helpful and friendly. Manager on duty processed my return without issue and I will definitely be back.

The BIGGEST B I T C H I’ve ever met = MICHELLE While working/on the clock, she’s got some NERVE to talk back to me and have a HUGE attitude. Excuse me? Professionalism? All I said to her, do not walk away with my identification to the back — I trust NOONE!!! There are way too many crazy things going on in the world with identity theft and she’s didn’t like that? She was borderline screaming at me and the new manger, was just standing there in shock and did not say A WORD to her! I have been coming here since they pretty much opened — WHEREISTHEORIGINALCREW? I was DISGUSTED with her behavior and the fact that the manager did NOTHING! I, now, will be going to a different location… I would rather go out of my way, but be treated with respect and good customer service. I can’t imagine that Michelle would be at this job for much longer. C’mon Lane Bryant — GETITTOGETHER with your hiring process!!!

I’ve spent a lot of money at Lane Bryant stores across America and never have I seen a less helpful staff or a messier store. The dressing rooms had crumpled paper and dust bunnies the size of grapefruit. Not once did the 4 employees at the store ask me if I needed something or tell me about the deals in the store. When I checked out, the employee hardly spoke to me. I had to have an item ordered and it literally took her 10 minutes to put my address in the system. Finally, she put my unmentionables in a too-small bag so I walked out of the store with bras popping out of a translucent bag. This store is the opposite of classy. I won’t be going back.

when you go shopping for clothing, inevitably some times you might be trying on clothing and you’ll need to use a restroom. don’t plan on it at this store. they don’t have a «Public Restroom». I was in this store shopping and had an arm full of items to try on. I asked for a fitting room and then I asked to use the restroom. «Sorry, we don’t have a public restroom.» I asked how do you expect people to try on clothes here, someone somewhere along the line would need to use a restroom while trying on clothes. she said it’s just the policy. I told her well here I have to go find a restroom before I try on all these clothes. I may or may not be back. what person is going to want to be in the middle of trying on clothes and have to get dressed to leave the store to find a restroom? Do you really think they would want to come back? I didn’t.

When I was a true fattie, I loved coming to Lane Bryant because this was the only place that had clothes that were decent for someone my size. Now, I realize that they really do not have anything worthy of wearing unless you are 5’10″ and 350lbs! The clothes are so not made for women that are under 5’5″. Thankfully, I’ve been able to find clothes that are cuter at Macy’s, Nordstrom and even Old Navy. Why did I return? The old«buy 2 get 2 free» bras trick. I can’t get over that I got duped again into buying a bunch of bras that may or may not last the year. My boobs must weigh 20lbs a piece since I’m always breaking my Lane Bryant bras and then I go back and buy another $ 40 bra, and the cycle continue. So, when my friend talked me into splitting the cost of the bras so we each get two, I thought, OK. She then backed out and I ended up buying $ 80+ worth of bras. But really, they came out to being about $ 20 a piece so if I get a few uses out of them, I’ll be okay with throwing out the $ 20 bra versus the $ 40 one. The real find was the $ 100 dress that I snatched for $ 20 on clearance that actually accentuates my curves and actually does my voluptuous body justice. It’s probably the nicest dress that I’ve found at Lane Bryant in a long time. As far as the people, I haven’t had any problems with any of the ladies that work here. They’ve always been helpful and pleasant. If you’re looking for really nice clothes, then just go to Macy’s or shop on-line. You’ll find better quality clothing than this place. It’s no ones fault, just the ignorant bastards that don’t think big women can dress sexy and classy at the same time.

It’s easy to get fat, but it’s not easy to be fat. Finding clothing that doesn’t suck may be the worst part of being plus-sized. This Lane Bryant output is especially unhelpful in my search for self-acceptance, or, at the very least, a cute outfit. The clothes are especially ugly, with garish prints in cheap fabrics. Still, Lane Bryant asks its customers to pay $ 54 for the privilege of having a pair of pants that sort of fit. The employees of this store are especially hard to take. They’re out for the commission in lieu of making their customers look good. For example: Last week, I was in there buying a bra.(Note: Lane Bryant’s bras come highly recommended and are providing this one star.) When I brought it to the register, the cashier asked, «You’re only buying ONE?» in utter disbelief(or anger.) When I answered in the affirmative, she shut down for the rest of the transaction. No idle chit chat here! As I left the store, another employee sat on a display packed high with clothing while speaking with another worker. Who the hell does that in front of customers? Visiting this store makes me want to diet. That is all.
