DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE OF USING THESE SERVICES. I hired this company to clean out our air ducts, I made the mistake of not going w/​a more reputable company. They are a huge scam!
Couple of things to watch out for:
1. I called many times in advance asking if this woudl result in dust around the house b/​c we have a baby. I was told over and over again that there would not be. There was actually so much dust, I had to have our house professionaly cleaned.
2. Beware of the reps they send to your house, I wonder if they have done any background checks on them. Of the two reps sent to us, one of them was by far, one of the worst and inappropriate interations I have experienced in a service industry setting. They asked where I was from, and many personal questions, and that opened the floodgate and gave them permission to make inappropriate comments.
3. Last, they do a huge sales pitch in the beginning, I was not interested in pursuing anything until I saw how they did with the ducts, but they were disappointed, maybe not meeting a sales quota? They had awful attitudes after that.
I literally asked them to leave right then and there, leaving the ducts unhinged and open.
Since then, I have called the company several times and not a single person has called back.
Awful, awful, awful.
