Dave’s Heating & Cooling

Make a long story short I have used a company for the past 12 years and called on 12÷15÷15 to let them know my heat wasn’t working. The phone dispatcher named Don (won’t name company because owner called immediately after learning of my terrible experience but is a top rated one on Unilocal) was a first class jerk on the phone. Snarky, smart mouthed and belittling. Oh, so sorry to bother you during your phone dispatching duties to look through my previous service notes and perhaps get an idea of what we are dealing with… Must have been that time of month for him or something. Anywho, I called Dave’s after a rec from our building maintenance person and was given their number. Spoke with Craig and he was professional and articulate on the phone. Was at my house that day when he said he would be there. Immediately fixed the problem and then walked around my condo giving me tips on how to improve my heating and explained the shortfalls of my building that was build over 100 years ago. Super knowledgable and couldn’t be nicer. Take my word, I’m super particular and have found my new heating company. Also, reasonable prices and check only, which wasn’t a problem. 5 stars. Well done gentlemen!
