Friendly and accommodating staff! They went above and beyond to help me shop while I was with my sleeping toddler.

What a joke! Never again will I go there! They don’t care if you get your pills even after 4 days of waiting! The prescription was called in and they said they never got it. Guess they don’t need your business! seems like they just don’t care!

I can’t believe any of the tech’s at this pharmacy have a degree or any training whatsoever. Each one seems rushed (Yes — i bet this is due to corporate) doing their job half a$$ed. I call to see if my prescriptions are ready they said «yes they are all ready», how many I ask «just one». How is just one the equivalent of ALL of them ready. There should have been 3 ready. «Oh» and they hung up. When at the counter I ask them to run through insurance and tell me price and when I pickup, its $ 30 – 50 more. Its not due to my insurance, its due to whom they select as manufacturer of the pills. This is total BS.
Rude technicians that always mess up, remove refills from acct, cause an insurance mess. Hate this place with a passion. I miss Walgreens, but am forced by insurance to come here.
AVOID THIS PLACE

The customer service is improving in this CVS. Finally, my 84 years old mom don’t have to cut her 5mg Norvac (non-​scored tablet) into half anymore. Now, she can officially take one 2.5mg tablet in the morning and one tablet in the evening. And, top it all, the three months’ supply is back. Even though it takes half year to clear up this confusion, but it worth it.
The bottom line is that whatever excuses they gave me in the past that they cannot fill the prescription as Doctor’s order was incorrect.
Today is my lucky day that I was served by Jennet. She is friendly, polite and has a smile on her face.

When I lived in Skokie I used to come to this location all the time… I was so happy when they built it! This location is well organized and clean but the staff is very hit or miss. Some people are very friendly while others are a bit rude. I went this past week and got one of the good ones! Yay me!
The parking situation here has always annoyed me for some reason because you can’t park directly in front of the store. However, the parking lot is quite large and it’s never an issue to find parking.
