Conquest Pest Solutions

This is the second time I’ve called Conquest Pest Solutions in the last 5 years. I own an investment property on the NW side. I have two long-​term tenants. The first time I called, the first floor tenant found a bug in her unit. Alex came out assessed the situation and determined that the insect probably came in on a grocery bag. He said an extermination was not necessary but if I wanted to conduct one it wouldn’t hurt. I chose to have the process done since the building is 100 years old and I decided it wouldn’t be a bad idea for the reasonable investment. Recently I installed new sidewalks in the building. One of the tenants saw a mouse. Alex was out today and identified a hole created by the construction work that was allowing field mice to enter the building. All the tenants have pets and were greatly concerned about the treatments that Conquest Pest uses. Conquest had a lot of information that assured the pets would be fine which was important to all of us. I feel very confident that I have a partner I can rely on with Conquest Pest Solutions. I love the way they do business. Pest control is no fun, but if you find yourself in the situation give them a call. They’ll give you great service for a fair price. Can’t ask for more than that. ..

Conquest was able to schedule me next day. Mark was very knowledgeable and thorough… price was very reasonable.

Me too on wishing I could give Conquest more than five stars. It’s only been a few days since Mark and his guys came out here. I’ll update the review once I know if my insect problem has been solved. When I feel confident about a contractor that means everything to me.
The day after my insect treatment, Mark checked my place again. to see if I had been bitten since he had been here. He did a little more spraying. he concern he shows for my insect problem… just wow.
I like that he uses silica dust as a barrier… down the electric conduits and on the baseboards and little crevices all over the place I would have never known were there.
Like I said, I’ll update later… once I know how it goes. So far so good. Great. The woman in the office answered a lot of questions for me. She was quite patient. I have no qualms about calling again with more questions.

I wish I could give Conquest more than five stars. We had a huge rodent problem outside, and Alex Guzman could not have been more amazing. We talked with three companies, and they were the only ones to identify real, long term solutions other than just thousands of dollars worth of endless baiting and trapping. Alex and his crew worked with us to kill the ones that were here, and then quickly and thoroughly identify where the rats were getting in, where they were living, and how to make simple changes to keep them out. Conquest has solved so many of our pest problems on our large property (bugs, excessive bird poo, etc). They know how to do it right, and give expert advice in a way that you can actually understand it. Truly as good as it gets.

I would HIGHLY recommend Conquest Pest Solutions (specifically Alex Guzman) to anyone who has a pest issue. Alex was quick to come over, analyze this situation and offer a plan of action on the spot. He is knowledgable, honest and a hard worker. Our issue was handled quickly and effectively.
Five days after meeting Alex, I got a call back from another pest company that I had looked into. By then, Pest Solutions had already come back for round 2. Even more confirmation that I made the right choice with Conquest Pest Solutions.

Mark came and removed a hornets’ nest from under my back porch the same day I contacted him. Thumbs up !

Mark runs a very good operation. He is friendly, honest, knowledgeable and reasonsable. Recommeneded.

They were 2 hours late and the guy they sent did not inspire any confidence — I thought their customer service, professionalism, and competence were all lacking.
