Charged for work on done. Trusted them to do what they promised. Only follow up was to collect payment.

The work hasn’t been done long enough for me to be reviewing it. This review is for customer service only.
After waiting WEEKS for an estimate they finally came out. The price seemed reasonable for the suggested work. It took several more weeks to get on their calendar to actually get the work done.
They wouldn’t give me a day. I kept calling and emailing them since we’d already sent a deposit check and signed a contract. They finally called me back (it was a Thursday or Friday) and said the work would be done the following week. They weren’t sure which day, but it wouldn’t be Mon or Tues. AND THEY WOULD CALL.
By Thursday when they hadn’t called (or done any work). I emailed and called AGAIN.
They apologized (who cares?) and said weather had delayed some other jobs ahead of us in line. That would have been fine if they had actually communicated that when they said they would.
Then, out of nowhere, they simply showed up today (did not call or email to let me know). Did the work without anyone there to advise them on it. And then left a bunch of garbage in our neighbor’s trash. When they should have hauled away the old gutters themselves.
For the record, we haven’t paid them the balance on the work. And I don’t intend to until I hear back from them and they pick up all the junk they left in the alley.

I’ve called Andy’s a few times and always had a great experience. They are responsive over the phone and the staff is super helpful. Once they came out to provide service when it was 5 below which was really appreciated. I’d recommend them for gutter repair, installation and cleaning. Thanks for all the help!

I use Andy’s for cleaning every spring and fall. They are very thorough, and the price is fair. They call the day before to tell you they are coming. I have had a broken gutter before and they fixed it easily and with minimal charge. I highly recommend.
