I had a consultation here a week ago and scheduled treatments. The staff is helpful and honest. The facility is clean. The facility is private. The consultation was free. They discuss all possible options with you and they do their best to try to utilize available specials. Financing is also available if you prefer to go that route. Amanda is terrific, she is personable and knowledgable. They also have a nurse practitioner that you can utilize for any wellness questions you may have.

After posting bad reviews of my experience at American Skin Laser for my Zerona experience, I received a phone call from American Skin Lazer customer service manager, Eva McLeese, we spoke about why I was unhappy with my results. She went above & beyond to make me happy by compensating the loss I spent on the Zerona. Since I am very happy with my Vela shape treatments I received in the past, I will continue to visit American Skin Lazer. Thank you again Eva for your outstanding customer service!

I’m about half way through laser hair removal treatment and I am getting great results. It helps that I’m a perfect candidate for it, but they were very honest about the possibilities.
The people here are very nice and honest and I’ve yet to have a bad experience. The laser technicians are very professional and care about your comfort.
There have been a few times when they’ve needed to reschedule my appointments at the last minute, but generally they are on time and everything is fine.
So far I am very pleased and even more pleased with the deal I got.

I spent $ 2000 for facial hair removal and barely got rid of 20% of my hair and did the treatment for over 2 years. Incompetent staff that change every time you go to this place. Definitely not worth it.

I just got off the phone with them to make an appointment. It took 15 minutes. Kind of annoying! I wish they would get an online booking system so making an appointment isn’t such a hassle.

This place is notorious for sending out coupons saying «$ 500 off» or something to that extent. However, in order to get that amount off, you have to purchase a package. Right before the wedding, I decided to invest in this.
So far, it’s a decent experience. The staff is a hit or miss — sometimes, they’re friendly and helpful and seem to know what they’re doing. Or they’re a bit unorganized and not very helpful at all. The most frustrating thing with them is their appointment system. It took a good 10 minutes on the phone before we could reschedule an appointment. It sounds like they’re getting a lot of business and are super busy — here’s a tip — hire more people to work those hours.
This place can easily be passed up since it’s dark and sorta in a strip mall without any signs outside. Compared to other laser centers, they come with a good guarantee but the price definitely shows — it’s more expensive than other places and as for the results, same as other places.
