This place is wonderful. My sister recommended it to me for stress management so I thought I would check it out. I was a bit nervous but I had nothing to worry about. The first 10 minutes is spent talking about your health. This is an important step because I felt that the acupuncture person knew what my «treatment» should be based on this information. I did a private session btw. The needles don’t hurt at all. The one in the top of my head was the only one I felt but it was only for a second when I moved. (Don’t be scared of trying this because of the needles!) The therapist was professional and made me feel comfortable. This session was better than any massage with regard to feeling relaxed. I highly recommend this place. I’m going back tomorrow for a group session… we’ll see how that goes!

She is wonderful and very knowledgeable. Her practice offers more than just acupuncture such as community acupuncture which makes it more affordable, cupping, reflexology, and more. She is kind, patient and takes her time when doing treatments.
