I went here based on the great reviews, and got heel tips put on some shoes; was very satisfied. However, I took my Ferragamos there to have rubber sole guards put on, and he CUT RIGHT THROUGH THE RIBBON ON THE SHOE! that’s $ 375.00 down the drain. I will never, ever go here EVER again.

Heel fell off at on jet bridge in Philadelphia airport Monday morning when I landed. Went to show shiner and was told, «No, we can’t reattach your heel». I quickly reached out to a shoe repair place while driving on the highway towards the Princeton area where I worked and Luigi told me he could take care of it no problem.
Came in the store and he joked around about how it fell off, saying «what, did someone try to take your shoe!». He then offered to repair it on the spot. A+ service, and he only charged me $ 5. Wow, just wow.
I highly recommend Luigi to anyone who needs high quality shoe repair. Thanks!

«Luigi» repaired the damaged heels of two pair of Frye Boots. His cost was very reasonable (pleasant surprise) and his workmanship and quick turnaround was excellent. He refurbished, rather than replace which would have been more expensive and less in keeping with the original heel style. Small shop but an all around pleasant experience. He’s located in the Montgomery Shopping Center on route 206 (YaYa Noodle and Montgomery Cinemas).
