Called the office and always leave messages to set up an appointment. Maybe once, the phone was answered to do a kitchen faucet fix. The fix was fine. I wanted someone to come out to do a furnace maintenance. I called the office, left a vms, and 3 weeks later… no return call. I also called another time for something else, same thing… no return call at all. If you’re in a business that deals with customers. answer the damn phone! At least, have the courtesy to return a call in a timely matter! Won’t bother anymore.

I’ve had several minor plumbing issues that I have called this service for. Everything was done kind of subpar. What really annoyed me was the toilet that they«fixed» by replacing the worn inner bar continued to run water. I was out of the house for a week and raked up a crazy high water/sewer bill. I could have filled a pool! Time to find a new plumber.

We had a great experience with Lanning Plumbing. Quick repairs. No problems with pricing. He has fixed our shower, outdoor faucet and booked again for the kitchen sink. We found him on Angie’s List with a great review. They are not the least expensive, but plumbing in general is always an investment.

Had heard good reports. Had a couple of simple items taken care of– installed a bathrrom sink faucet and a couple of kitchen sink drains. The drain stop on the bathroom faucet was not adjusted properly so they had to come back, they used the wrong drains for the kitchen sink, they sent a guy different from who was promised, they left a mess, and charged 50% more than their estimate.
