Thank you so much for opening a clean eating café & juice bar in Skaneateles! I’m trying to eat more healthily and it’s great to have this option when we’re home in the Finger Lakes visiting family. We live in the SF area and I don’t even have this nice an option nearby!

We all have addictions. Mine is a fresh squeezed green juice with a pineapple ginger kicker. Elizabeth (the owner) has a magical touch. I feel beautiful all day long after slowly sipping 20oz over an entire morning. The draw-​back may be for Elizabeth. Since I feel great, I only go in every other day.
Sprouts has amazing gluten free options: the muffins… yum! I know I’ve seen other things offered and I’ve heard many people boasting about quiche, salads, pancakes… but I’m usually flying too high while drinking my juice to get back down and try more options. Say hello, and I guarantee Elizabeth and Sprouts will be your life-​long friends.

Having moved from a big city to this small village I was looking for my juice bar! And couldn’t believe when I stumbled onto this gem of a counter! Located inside the YMCA, Fresh vegetable juice and smoothies made to order– and the best glutten free poppyseed lemon glazed muffins I’ve ever had! Not to mention great lunch items daily!
