Last Shot Distillery is the premier craft distillery in Skaneateles, NY. We use local ingredients to craft our one of a kind spirits. We offer tastings, tours of our distillery, and retail of bottles and merchandise.

History

Established in 2015.

Last Shot Distillery was Founded in early 2015 and opened its doors just before January 2016. A year in the works and a lot has changed. Last Shot Distillery offers 5 different spirits for tastings and sale, as well as plans for new recipe releases and special events at the distillery in 2016.

Meet the Business Owner

Chris U.

Business Owner

Chris, known to many as «Chef U», is the distiller/​owner at LAST SHOT. He started his career as a Chef, then became a Culinary Professor at Syracuse University. After taking classes on distilling Chris decided that opening a distillery was his «LAST SHOT» at running a family business. Now a few years later his dreams of owning a distillery have come alive.
