We have had a great experience dealing with Chris and Mark. They installed a zoning system for our HVAC system. It has completely evened out the heating and cooling between our first and second floors. Subsequently they corrected an AprilAire steam humidifier installation botched by the original installer. They are responsive, efficient and cost effective. We highly recommend them.

Purchased a gas stove from Emerald Hearth, Spa and Patio and Action Air was the installer they preferred to use, so I went with them. Glad I did and didn’t try to find an installer on my own.
Chris from Action Air was punctual and professional. I told Chris that I just had new carpet installed in the house and he used drop cloths to protect the carpet. He cleaned up after himself, including using his own little shop vac to get all the dirt from the stove install, to taking all the packaging materials with him (cardboard, plastic, wood, metal staples, styrofoam). He went as far as to place a piece of cardboard between his ladder and my house to prevent any scratches or dents to the aluminum house trim.
The install wasn’t straight forward because of the size and oddly shaped roof flashing from the old stove installed by the previous homeowner. Chris didn’t complain; he just found a way to make the new flashing fit correctly by modifying it. He set up the stones and embers in the stove so they looked showroom nice instead of just putting them in there in any which way. He answered all my questions, showed me how to operate the new stove and left me all the applicable owner manuals and paperwork. I’m very happy with his work, not just doing the bare minimum of installing the stove, but making sure everything lined up correctly (the stove pipe was perfectly vertical, the stove perfectly centered on the hearth pad) and looked visually pleasing. I’m kind of a perfectionist when it comes to placement of items being perfectly centered and it’s visually annoying when things are off-​center. Chris made sure everything lined up beautifully. My new stove looks great! Thanks Chris!
