History

Established in 1981.

Founded in 1981, MACK Employment Services, Inc., opened for business as a one office staffing Service Company named MACK Associates focused on clerical, industrial and medical temporary staffing. Steve and Kathy Pradon, acquired the company in 1988 and continued to flourish. When the unique opportunity to accent the service industry appeared with a demand in hospitality clients MACK Hospitality Staffing, a division of MACK Employment Services, Inc. was formed in 1996. Due to rapid growth and success, MACK Employment Services, Inc. continues to develop and expand today through client partnerships and vendor agreements into demanding service marketplaces. Strategically and conveniently located throughout South-​eastern Pennsylvania, MACK Employment Services, Inc. includes territory in Allentown, Harrisburg, King of Prussia, Lancaster, and Reading with unique teams to service Clerical, Hospitality (MACK Hospitality Staffing), Industrial, Professional, and Skilled Trade positions.
