Been here several times now. Food is always good, but it can take a while to come out depending on what you order. Docked a star because prices are about double what they should be. Staff is friendly and the atmosphere is bright and cheery, though it looks like they went to Hobby Lobby’s «nautical cliché» section and bought whatever fit in a shopping cart. Second star was docked because the parking situation is that bad. There are less than 10 parking spaces, so if you want to eat, get there early or at an off peak time. There have been two occasions where I wanted to eat here but couldn’t due to no available parking. Basically, if you’re a tourist and want to feel integrated into the local flavor, Capt Jack’s is an excellent choice, if you’re local, well, you probably know way better places to go for less money.

Don’t spend $ 20 for mediocre hotel food. This place is a huge suprise in that the food is prepared wonderfully with fresh ingredients and a chief’s sensibility. The breakfast dishes are particularly wonderful and the service couldn’t be nicer. Don’t be fooled by the ordinary deli appearance. Get ready for particularly good food.

This is my favorite lunchtime spot on the island. Always good for lunch with such a wide variety on the menu. Today it’s chili and a pepper/​sausage hoagie. Technically it’s two lunches but I’m a fatty who loves his food. I haven’t had a bad dish here yet and I’ve been through half the menu.
Jack’s is a solid win if you’re looking for breakfast or lunch while on Singer Island.
Why 4 stars? They’re kinda new so gotta give them something to strive for.

Everything is made to order. Large menu with daily specials. Super friendly staff Order at the counter and take a seat. They will call you when your order is ready. Closes early and the first time we went, it was about 2:15 and when we asked for a sausage and pepper they said they had one left, so They may run out of the more popular items if you get there too late.
The next morning we had breakfast. Staff remembered us, which is always a nice touch, and we had the bagel and lox with a double espresso Both were excellent

First of all customer service was great, super friendly. Very clean restaurant, and newer. The food choices are simple American lunches, yet a good variety. My husband had the Cuban, and I had a simple roasted turkey sandwich. Both were DELICIOUS and the homemade potato chips they came with were great too– not greasy and lots of crunch! Very fresh, fast and affordable. Perfect lunch spot!

Visited here in August while vacationing. First we ordered food to be delivered. It was good so we visited the restaurant before we left. That day, we were the only customers in the restaurant. Food both times was delicious!

Stopped on our way to our hotel from the airport for a quick lunch. We were pleasantly surprised at the menu options, with a wide variety to satisfy the family. I went off the beaten path with the blackened Mahi reuben sandwich, and it was delicious. Everyone was happy with our meal, & the staff was friendly.

We have repeated our visits here due to the great menu which changes up frequently and also due to the simple «order at the counter» and just sit and relax… Menu offers catch of day fish, burgers, salads and all are freshly prepared each time. Always a smile– and the cleanliness is way above the standard.

Ok so, grest people. Coconut shrimp best we’ve had. Clam chowder is really good. They deliver on the Island. Islander salad good too. Only tried once. Will order again!

I have eaten here twice now and although the food has been fresh both times and tasty the portions are just not enough to warrant the price… for example… you can easily eat 4 of the Ranchero chicken tacos…2 for $ 9 is a rip off and served with stale chips as an after thought like we wont notice and fill up on them? The pricing is inconsistant as well… chicken tacos are less than fish tacos? And green beans are the same price as coconut shrimp??? Hmmmm…3 stars is a gift

Self service style fast food like Sandwiches, Salads, Burgers, seafood and Tacos etc. Tried the Burger and Pulled pork, they were both tasty with plenty of chips though the sandwiches were on the small side. Clean and colorful inside. A few tables for outdoor seating. Friendly staff.
