Awesome service, customer recognition and quality. I will not go anywhere else– why would I– when I’ve found the best?! I have purchased sterling silver, pearls, sold old unwanted gold, made wish lists, special orders and repairs.

What a clusterfuck! It’s difficult to discern what is more disappointing: the total lack of quality control or the repeated broken promises. Moral: don’t buy jewelry from a used car salesman.
