Established in 2013.

My services provide parents and families confidence in knowing they have a personal assistance plan designed especially to meet their child’s academic, social or behavioral needs, and can finally feel peace of mind, in knowing that The Baer Essentials… In Education, will not allow this plan to fail. I am dedicated to helping children who are struggling in school, and have made it my business to promote student success.

I am the missing piece to making the accommodation plan work. I serve as the accountability factor and I make it my personal business to ensure the plan’s success. I am able to do this by incorporating The Baer Essentials… In Education’s management techniques, which include, but are not limited to; making school visits, scheduling conferences, conducting observations, collecting extensive data, and incorporating a unique system of communication, which allows everyone to be up to date with the plan’s progress. As an added service, I have included weekly work-​sessions to work on changing the undesired behavior (s).
