If you cash a check here and do not have an account with them make sure ALL the info on the check is on point and IF possible tell the person that wrote you the check to be on stand by and ready to call them to «verify» (not sure what) or else they will ask you to go to this red couch in a corner on time out and the attitude they give you is not optional … You WILL attitude from the operations manager and make you feel like a child. Consider yourselves warned people

I’ve never had any problems with Wells Fargo over the 15 years that I’ve been a member. I would like to see cashier’s checks go free instead of the ridiculous $ 10.00 fee. I never understood the reason for this kind of charge.

This bank is evil. They practice there employees to be the fakest they can be. I heard an employee get yelled at because they didn’t say the customers name 5 times and didn’t say «I would like to go out of my way to please you“stop being fake. Be your self and just genuinely be nice. You don’t have to gain respect from a customer by having a script. The service manager Mercedes is a nightmare she is too intense and treats her employees like trash. And the lead teller Jennifer acts nice but gets super stressed easily and yells at her employees and makes them look stupid in front of the customers. Super unprofessional I’ve witnessed too much being a customer here id rather do business at the other location.

Wish I could give this place no stars. Until they stop employing people who steal identities I can never bank here. I will check back with this place every week until the person who stole my friends identity and opened accounts in her name is fired. It has been a month and he is still there and able to get any persons account info. So sad Wells Fargo shame on you.

Went to deposit a large denomination local bank check into my savings account. WELLS FARGO TOOK 10 DAYS TO deposit the funds into my account. This is totally absurd and unforgivable by such a large banking organization and is not representative of customer service. I and my family members will be moving our banking to a bank that does care about servicing their customers! Wells Fargo, your greed and delay cost you 6 customers… bub-by!

HOWEVER effective 11÷14÷11, Wells Fargo will be charging all sorts of fees for services that have previously been free. Too bad. Time to move on…
