For more than thirty years, Waste Management/G.I. Industries has provided high quality waste and recycling collection services to residents and businesses in Ventura and Los Angeles counties. We are justifiably proud of taking care of our customers, while working to keep efficient operations and fair rates.

WM owns and operates the Simi Valley Landfill and Recycling Center (SVLRC). Public health and environmental protection are our top priorities. The SVLRC is a 297-​acre Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) landfill accepting waste from residential, commercial and industrial customers, as well as processing green and wood waste, scrap metal, and inert and demolition wastes for beneficial re-​use.

We take great pride in meeting local, state and federal standards of operations for its disposal facilities, but in many instances exceeding these standards. Because of this, we are in the forefront of our industry for new technology and innovations that make our facilities safer and environmentally friendly.

WM encourages everyone to reduce, reuse and recycle. Recycling helps save valuable landfill space, protect the environment and save natural resources.
