Great service!
The salesman that came out was very knowledgeable in helping me decide on either installing a basic alarm system which was not adequate for me needs. I choose to have installed a perimeter system that covered all the windows and doors of the house.
The installers that came out was courteous and respectful when walking me through the installation process. They were very clean. They place drop cloths down wherever they were working and vacuumed up each day they left.
The installers were very patient with me while they showed me and my wife how to use the system. They also walked me through setting up my phone and logging into the computer, so I can arm and disarm the alarm remotely.
I am very satisfied with the work that was performed in my home and thank you for keeping me and my family safe.

Final review: Since Robert emailed me on March 31, 2013 where he said that he would come by to help me with this alarm system he installed, he has not answered any attempts to reach him. I called another alarm company who was able to correct my problem OVER THE TELEPHONE within a few minutes time. If Robert really knows what he’s doing in this line of work, I’m sure he could have done the same. I guess he’s not «all that» as he claims. I’m writing him off FOREVER and anyone else considering him, should do the same!
