I have gone here before and this was kind of my go to place. The male owner is so great! Very helpful! However I went there awhile ago and my top was ruined. I had fringe on my top and she returned it tangled and didn’t seem to care just said that’s what happens through the machine. Then was quite rude. For this reason I will not be returning

I have been going to Tempo for over 20 years. They are the only one’s who know how to alter clothes. I now live in Chatsworth and will continue to go to Tempo as long as the same seamstress.

RIP OFF ALERT!!!
Charged me $ 56 to hem 2 pairs of pants, they wrote $ 44 on the ticket which I thought was super high then when I got there they said $ 56 and then argued with me when I showed them the ticket they gave me saying $ 44. The people were super rude stay away at all costs!!!

I have been using Tempo Cleaners for at least 20 years and they have never disappointed me either with dry cleaning or alterations. I agree with everything that has been written about the overall quality of the business, Gloria’s integrity and that Louisa is a master at her craft. This is one of Simi Valley’s best local businesses.

So this was very disappointing walked in to have an alteration done on a costume but I guess the little old lady doesn’t know how I asked her to re enforce it and it can’t be done she says wtf is that shit about?! I guess I got to look for someone more skilled to take the task

Gloria at Tempo is an outstanding person!
I did not get any cleaning done, but I lost my wallet in front of her business.
She went out of her way to leave me a note at my house informing me of this.
She alerted my credit card company & bank, in which they quickly cancelled the cards.
Next day I visited her & picked up my wallet, everything was there, even the cash.
This could have been a lot worse.
She is a super nice and caring person, one of the best people I’ve ever met.
I’ll be a customer for life at her business!!!
