Sandy at Southcoast Pool is a very honest pool guy. I used them to remodel my pool, changed to a saltwater system and replace all the equipment. The plaster had problems and he was very responsive, he went so far as to have all the plaster stripped and replace so the problem did not return. I still use the company for weekly service, they show up on the day they are suppose to and are very conscientious about making sure the pool gate is closed when they leave. I constantly recommend this company to all my friends and neighbors.

As a Real Estate Broker and property manager I have had exposure to many many companies over the years and Southcoast ranks in the top of any I have ever used.
They have kept the pool in sparkling clean condition over the past three years, and brought it back from poor service of another pool company.
Sandy the owner has been very instrumental in quickly and correctly identifying issues we have had with the skimmer and box, this after several other pool contractors looked at and incorrectly diagnosed the problems and wanted to tear up and rip out work that had just been done. Thanks Sandy for being sharp and honest.

The service does an «ok» job but the big problem with them is you can NEVER get them to answer the phone, unless they call you because THEY want to talk to you about something. You can call, (it says between 8A — 4:30P they are in the office, but that happened once) most of the time you will hasve to leave a message and MAYBE a few days later someone will call. Maybe NOT!
They quoted me a good price for weekly service and then came the add-​ons, like the chemicals, and then to look again at the heater that they had supposidely fixed, another charge. They would do «repairs» without approval then just send a bill.
Their billing is done «randonly» no dates of services are listed, seems like just when they feel like billing, instead of listing all services for the month, it was here’s a bill, pay it.
