Simi Auto Spa & Speed Wash

This is the only place I take my car to be cleaned. On a consistent basis the team performs a perfect job. The staff are always friendly, from the moment you arrive until your departure. While waiting for you car, you can relax and enjoy a free cup of coffee. Do yourself a favor, take your car here if you want it cleaned to perfection.

They do a gre as t job every time. My vehicles look great. This is the only place I go. Thank you.

Today I got an oil change and car wash. Everyone was very courteous and super helpful. The hard working guys in the sun did a very good job wiping down my VERY dirty car. I will be back next time :)

While my car gets the full spa treatment and pampered I can sit and relax. They do a Grey job here with great prices. Quick too.

Great car wash, friendly up front guy, I had a big spot on my bumper from tapping a wooden post, the check in guy got it out with no extra charge, it had been there for a while, even after taking it to be serviced, no one had offered to remove it, but this guy did, THANK YOU

Not overly thorough. Missed spots when waxing. Missed dirt and debris when vacuuming inside the car. Car Wash doesn’t clean undercarriage that well either. Not impressed. So so car wash.

We have been going here ever since we moved here a year ago. The Staff Are Very freindly, The grounds are kept clean. Even the bathrooms sparkle and smell nice. The front waiting area is pleasant with chairs and shade along with the sounds and sights of a warerfall. Great place to care for your car. They also have a 5 dollar wash and free vacuums to use.

I have been coming to Simi Auto Spa for many years. I have a monthly pass and have had one for the last year and a half. I drive through the car wash twice a week (but I could go everyday if I wanted) and I get my car fully cleaned once a month! It’s a great deal! Every time I come through the guys and gal at the counter are friendly. My car is always clean! Thanks Simi Spa for fast, friendly service!

Hands down best car wash in Simi. I go every 6 – 8 weeks for the oil change and car wash for less than 60 bucks. Every time I go I have a good experience. Last Sunday the service manager (sorry I forgot his name, Caucasian guy with big gauge earrings) came out to meet me before I even got out of my car which was great cuz I had my kid with me. The oil change is quick and the car wash as well. Whole thing took thirty minutes while my son and I enjoyed the most amazing aquarium in the lobby. Definitely a lifer. Check it out!

This is the only place I take my truck to get an oil change and wash. The level of service and quality is great, and the price is right. My son loves their enormous fish tank with awesome fish. Everyone is also really nice. Check this place out, you’ll be glad you did.

Despite the few negative reviews that I’ve read about this place, I’ve had nothing but good experiences here. I’ve been bringing both of my vehicles here for the past few years and they’ve always delivered great service. The oil changes are fast and done correctly and it comes with a free car wash. There’s a huge waiting area inside and out with a relaxing water fall that my kids are fascinated with.

I went to get my 3-​series oil changed and washed, and I seriously had the best experience! I’ve been to a few other places in Simi, but most were either too fast or too amateur.
The guys at Simi Auto took care of my car from start to finish. No streaks, no scratches. And definitely no hassle. I’m not sure where the negative reviews are coming from, but the manager and the employees were helpful and pleasant.

I’ve never had a poor experience here. The attention to detail is about as good as it can get. The staff is friendly and helpful, and my truck always comes out looking great!
The detail staff are very thorough and they take care of the little extras, like polishing my rubber & plastic trim. I don’t know of any other wash that does that.
I always spring for the Express Wax. Worth it for the extra shine.

The best car wash in town. If you are looking for perfection, this is the place, Simply awesome attention to making your car look it’s best. Been going there since it opened. Very fair prices too!

Fantastic car wash in a prime location in Simi Valley. They take your messy ride and turn it into a sparkling hot rod. My Ford Expedition runs around $ 20 which isn’t bad for the services provided.
One thing to note. can easily take 20 – 35 minutes from drop off to pick up, especially if they’re busy. It’s because of the special care they put into the vacuum and post-​wash care. Definitely worth the time, but be aware of it. I normally grab a bite to eat at Burger King to kill the time.
Friendly employees. Gift shop with snacks and drinks. Heck, it even has back massage chairs and video games!

DON“T EVER take your car to the Simi Auto Spa & Speed Wash Service Department!!! Their mechanics and service manager are incompetent and rude to say the least. They cross threaded my lug nuts using an impact gun without first hand threading them. They basically called me a liar about them ever pulling my car into the bay, and removing my wheels. And were going to charge me $ 100 to repair what they damaged. After threatening them to have my lawyer review the cameras, they just happened to find the video that showed that they did. I had to leave my car there for two days for the repair and installation of my Koni shocks and struts for half price. Only to have them tell me that the shocks and struts were the wrong parts, and they couldn’t install them. Called Koni, and verified that they were the correct part numbers, and they were. They gave me a bunch of BS, even after Koni said that fit my 2003 Infiniti G35 perfect.
If I could give this place negative stars, I would!!!

Best shop around by far!!! They had my front struts and rear shocks installed in 3 hours, without any problems. And I didn’t even have an appointment! I Highly recommend this shop!!! Great service, prices, very competent mechanics, nice clean shop, and the guys were really cool.

It’s official! This place absolutely sucks and I will not be coming back here again. My first experience with a rental car resulted in the interior of the car not being cleaned at all. The carpet was still dirty and the back row side panel had a medicine cap with some sticky substance in it. Yes I blame AVIS for not cleaning the car before I picked it up but I also blame the car wash for not actually cleaning the car.
Today I took my Prius v for a detailed wash which was nothing special at all. In fact, they even forgot to give me the new car scent as paid for. I think the only plus to this place is the eye candy at the register.
