It is difficult to determine if gutters function properly because it rains so infrequently in L.A. In the last year, I had Preferred (Bob) come out twice after it has rained to fix my gutters. After the rain last week, I realized they were actually worse after he adjusted them. He came out again and didn’t look at the gutters, only loudly argued about what he had done. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!
