Had worked with them once years ago when they installed Milgard windows on my last home. This time I called for an estimate on replacing french doors for an insurance claim. Randy came out and was on time, friendly and professional. Very knowledgable and helpful with advice about the different options available. The employees were very cooperative and efficient in communicating with the insurance company. Not sure what the outcome on the claim will be, but so far the service has been top notch, so I thought I’d make note of it.

Great source for high quality cut glass. I don’t have any experience purchasing or installing business or residential Windows with Preferred Glass & Windows, but I have found my new local source for custom fit glass cuts in Simi Valley.
I use their glass to replace the cheap feeling Acrylic plastic computer side panels shipped with most cases with a real glass panel in my custom PC builds.
With a little dremel work, It’s affordable and is more convenient than ordering the same glass online branded differently as computer side panel glass.

Great customer service! Easy parking. Nice show room.
I couldn’t find replacement T-​bolts for my pivot hinge glass shower door anywhere until I went here! They had a pair ready to go. When I got home they wouldn’t fit. The originals were rectangular but the replacements were larger squares. I went back to Preferred Glass expecting a special order and weeks waiting. Instead they took the new bolts and grinded them on the spot to fit! Quick, courtesy, excellent customer service!

The guys that do the actual installation are nice. But the ones at the reception desk have real attitude problems. They seem perturbed whenever you have a question. They act like you are doing them a favor by going to them for business. I spent close to a $ 1,000 for bathroom glass doors. I needed to get this done so I went with them and was happy with the installers but still bothered by the service I received from the front desk. This will be the last time they will get any type of business from me.

I won’t go anywhere else. They have the best quality products and very professional service. They installed four new windows and a sliding door at my home. I wasn’t sure what type of windows or door to choose. Who knew there were so many options for a window! They took the time to help me in selecting the best windows for my home and an awesome sliding door. Wow, what a difference it made! Having the right windows and door can change the look and feel of your entire home. Awesome store displays! Outstanding service! If you want quality, they are the best!

have been doing business with these guys for as long as i can remember. ok maybe not that long. but for maybe 15 – 20 years infrequently. when I lived in N P we had them re do the windows in the entire house. they did an awesome job. fast, clean, good quality work. now that i am in Simi. i have used them to make some shelves for different curio cabinets, glass for two table tops. new shower door, new bathtub enclosure. I didnt even bother going to price things out, since i knew i liked them. they havent let me down. highly recommend them
