Kinda small. Wouldn’t qualify as a «supermarket». More of a large neighborhood market. They do have alot of the essentials. The selection is not the most robust. The produce is a bit overpriced. Service is pretty good. One time I got home and was missing an item but it was on the receipt, so I went back and the cashier was nice and gave me another one free. I’ve been there about 30 times and am pleased with it. Good location. Lots of other good stores in vecinity.

Decent location. Got food poisoning twice. Once from the rotisserie chicken and once from the fresh soup. They DONOT mark the times the chickens come out in the boxes. Lazy? We threw up. So please start taking better care with your fresh food. Costco rotisserie from now on. End of story.

Wow!!! Brenda in the bakery did an AMAZING job on my daughter’s Frozen Fever Birthday cake, I couldn’t be more thankful! I can’t even count how many compliments I received on it! Many thanks to Brenda– she was very sweet, accommodating and really listened to what I wanted. I will definitely be going back for more specialty cakes! We had Enrique make our last cake, he did an awesome job too, I’m very happy with the results from both bakers!

This is my hometown Pavilions and I love coming here. The Pavilions is located in a nice, upscale plaza and is pleasingly aesthetically to pull up to. The interior is great looking and clean. Shelves are stocked always. I like that I can buy organic items here and they are often on sale or have specials. We like to buy their fresh baked rolls and bread here. Most of the time, it’s fresh. Other times, its just about timing. I like to ask the baker when the next batch is ready to be put out and usually come back, if possible, to get the fresh rolls. Flowers here usually great looking and healthy. Sometimes however a little on the pricier side. The folks that work here are friendly and it’s nice that they try to remember who you are. It keeps things friendly.

This is my store. Everything is clean and well organized. The sushi lady is so nice and will make you anything you want fresh. When they don’t have a certain product you let them know and they will start carrying it. Everyone is so friendly and helpful

Well, waiting to turn and some mother fucker that worked there backed up with her cart she was pushing and fucking scratched my car. I am so unbelievably pissed. It was nighttime so I couldn’t see the scratches, but the next day I noticed them. Your fault you should pay for the damage. Hope to hear back from management, 2.5 stars? Probably not. Fuck you

This place is pretty close by to where I usually am so it’s convenient. They are fairly clean and never too crowded. You’ll find the essentials you need here. They could use a much wider selection of products here though… kind of hit or miss to tell you the truth. We buy Tea, baguettes, and cheese here mostly. The main reason we go here is because of the Redbox right by the front door. Unfortunately, it’s almost always sold out of the dvds. Very popular spot for Redbox dvd renters. There is also a small Starbucks inside if anyone cares to know. :)

Something is not right at this store? There’s an uneasy feeling I get when I’ve shopped here over the past three months. Some of the employees really are trying hard but man oh man the others are up for worst employees of the year. Another issue I have is selection. It seems a little spotty on some of the items. The other issue I have with this store is the continuous stench you must endure when pulling your shopping cart at the west side entrance. I’ve brought this to their attention(managers) three times now. And they have done nothing. They confirm this is a problem but do nothing. Customers shouldn’t have to endure walking through a cesspool before shopping for groceries. Come on guys you can do better then this.

Pavilions is a nearby grocery store than my husband & I are loyal to. Sam at the fish counter is always very helpful and knowledgeable. He leaves feeling excited to go home and make lunch. Produce is always great too. Everything is clean & we love that this is our market.

The store looks nice but as I was shopping I felt many of the items were over priced. The produce section is good and they keep this section clean but much of the baked goods and the toiletry items were so much higher in price than other grocery stores right down the street.

They don’t have self check here, and sometimes the wait can be excruciating. The checkers are on a not in a hurry basis. They sometimes have a really slow checker in the quick lane. Otherwise the grocery selection and deli food is OK.

Quality of goods are hit or miss? I once stopped by and they were out of brie? Brie? Everyone should have brie? Female cashier’s are a little rude and not accommodating? Definitely have experienced an attitude from a few for no reason. They are on there way out. Hello Whole Foods? Hello?

Meh is right. Enrique in the bakery is amazing. everything else sucks. Looking for good customer service? do not come to pavilions. Every time i’m being rung out, they checkers are busy chatting and holding their own personal conversations, yelling across the check stands to one another. Literally the only time I am ever acknowledged is when the checker hands me my receipt and says«have a nice day». Might as well replace them with self checkers because there is NO customer service. So many of them are CRABBY too. Seriously, just because the union protects you, doesn’t mean you can be a straight up JERK to everyone. If you’re that miserable, go do something with your life that you love. Don’t make everyone else around you miserable too. Crabby Crabby Crabs!

Wouldn’t even give them one star, but I had to. This is, by far, the WORST grocery store I’ve ever been in! No one smiles. If you’re waiting for someone at the service desk you can wait forever. I’ve always had to track someone down… like they don’t see me standing there. Try to call them on the phone? Good luck getting someone to answer it! The taller of the two managers needs to work where there aren’t people around… NEVER see him smile or go out of his way for his customers. The meat cutter is rude and should also work where there are no humans! I agree with others, that although this store is within walking distance, I’ll drive to another store whenever I can. These people need to learn some manners and how to treat customers.

I like the fact they have a Starbucks inside and thats about it. This past sunday at 7:15 am after the time change the express lane is the only one open. One in particular is mad at the world and is very rude. She should not be involved with customers. She told me I shouldnt shop in the morning if I was in a hurry. The funny part is I wasnt in a hurry and was only making small talk. She made everyone in line feel akward when she started throwing things. I know most of these positions are protected by Unions so im sure we will all have to deal with it.

5 star reviews are from employees and their families. Rude night time manager, has contempt for her customers. Should consider a different line of work. Employees from a local prison half way house stocking the shelves and you can feel the tension in the air. Scary, indifferent, obnoxious staff. We won’t let our girls shop here, wife will now shop at Ralphs and the Target grocery section. Bakery items are obviously re-wrapped after their expiration date with new freshness dates added so don’t trust anything in-store-baked. After several purchases, our bread rolls were stale then mouldy in hours. Used to last 7 to10 days. Store stinks. Smells like low tide at the Jersey Shore. Ralphs bakery items much better and fresher and cheaper. Good thing: They open at 5:30AM and that can be convenient if you can tolerate the rude employees. We’re done with Pavilions and Vons. If they fail, they asked for it.
