No napkins no straws no ketchup. Is mc Donald’s short on cash? The least you guys can do is give me a napkin with my stomach ache

i like the convenience of this McDonalds and it is a very clean and nice store. The one problem is this is a corporate owned store and they charge for every little thing. For example, I like a dbl cheeseburger with mac sauce and shredded lettuce, which other stores do for free, however, this store charges for each extra item. If you omit something and add something else, there should be no charge.

What fast food restaurant charges extra for ketchup and bbq sauce? This one!!! Smh! To top it off I only had a quarter and it was 11 cents for one bbq sauce. Then the employee comes back and says«im sorry I can’t open the register to get your change, would you like another?» I said no! Keep the change. Last time I ever come here.

I love their indoor playground. Air condition is also very strong in the play area so my kids have fun time even during hot summer. It is McDonald. Food is McDonald food but the indoor playground is something makes me keep coming here. I actually writing this review at this location.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Numerous times I have had missing French fries. But that is not why I give it such low marks. I went through drive thru earlier today. I had an order with 5 meals and 40 nuggets and drinks and coffee. As it was 95 degrees outside when I got up to the window I asked for a cup of ice water. I was promptly told by the manager that it would cost 37 cents for that. WHAT! You charge for tap water??? I just paid all this money for my order and I ask for water and have to pay??? I pay for additional condiments which is ridiculous considering you get 8 sauces for 40 nuggets. Really! And then I get an email from the owner Lisa Murphy and she says its her prerogative to charge for extras like cups and sauces. That she can only take corporate suggestions but she makes her prices. What a piece of work! She’s gonna go bankrupt giving cups of water out. Never going back there again!!!

This McDonalds is so much nicer then the ones in the valleys, don’t know why so many gave it a bad review, I’ve been coming here once or twice a week for about 5 years and for a fast food it’s pretty darn good.

My wife went to the Galena location today and ordered to unhappy meals. Being that they were suppose to be happy meals and a treat for my grand kids after a long day at school for one and daycare for the other. They arrived home and my oldest granddaughter opening the box to find out her Cheeseburger was missing the most important part THEBURGERWITHCHEESE!!! And my youngest granddaughter whom could out eat most of us and always gets the 6 piece chicken nuggets(we peel off the fried part– so not much is left) gets 4 pieces and doesn’t know how to count yet, but is able to identify something is not right in paradise and starts to protest. My poor wife calls the store to let them know they need to be careful and the person apologies and told my wife if she brought the receipt in they will correct it. When my wife pulled up to the window they asked her if she wanted the receipt and for some unknown reason she said no, however why don’t they just give the receipt so there is no room for error. The person told my wife they were sorry but didn’t offer her to just take her name and have her come in to pick up a hamburger patty with cheese and the two missing nuggets. On a few occasions I went to this location and ordered the Oatmeal and it was more like soup. Something is going on in the kitchen that the manager needs to get a grip on. I can’t believe the manager or the person my wife spoke with, would just let a customer go without a resolution. Thankfully we have the McDonalds on Los Angeles in which I love and the employees are great… …Sorry Galena you lost some good customers… A win for the Los Angeles location…

I will NEVER return to this McDonalds(nor the mcdonalds on Yosemite or Galena — as they are owned by the same family). In September — I ordered 1 big mac meal and 2 mighty kids meals along with 3 McFlurrys. I asked for 2 kids waters(my kids ordered chocolate milk with their meal) and was told«I cant give you water at the drive thru — you will have to come inside and it will cost $ 0.25 a piece. I said — „its over 100 degrees outside — i just ordered all this food and your telling me not through the drive thru to come in and it will cost me?“ the girls reply „yup-not my call!“ I was dumbfounded…“YUP-NOTMYCALL!» is all I could think of when I drove off AND what I think of everytime I drive past them to go to the McDonalds on LA Avenue who I have never had a problem with.(on a side note Del Taco on Los Angeles and Kuehner gave me 2 free kids waters and I only ordered a Ice Tea for myself) I will NEVER return to this McDonalds(nor the mcdonalds on Yosemite or Galena — as they are owned by the same family).

Place is clean and they haven’t screwed up any of my orders before. Close to my workplace. I like the free wifi.

McDonald’s is McDonald’s for the most part. Sometimes you’re just in the mood for it. I usually only go here during lunch so «freshness» isn’t typically an issue, still I wouldn’t disagree that the other locations in Simi are more consistent.

Gas Station food. Cold and stale burgers. French frys were undercooked, soggy and cold. Manager lady squawks like a parrot in a pet store and was dizzy. The owners own all the McDonalds locations in Simi. They aggressively fight against any other chain from opening a business in Simi. Arbys and several others can’t get in. So you have less choices, and the McDonalds food quality suffers as a result. McDonalds is at it’s lowest point since Ray Kroc passed on. USA Today did their famous ‘Fix the Food” story sometime back. Once again, McDonalds needs to «fix the food.» The food here sux and they are very aware of it. The owners hear the complaints daily.

Wow. The most ridiculous. I am vegetarian so I often go out and order things that come with meat without the meat. I ordered a cheese burger with no meat patty with lettecue tomato and pickle. THEYCHARGEDME60CENTS for ONE peice of lettecue, ONE tomato and ONE pickle when I wasn’t getting a meat patty… that’s unexceptable.

Just your typical McDonalds. It was a Sunday night when we went, and the food was out pretty quickly. It was also very clean in there, but again, could just be the time of day.

I can’t really complain nor compliment McDonlad’s anymore because it’s about as American as baseball and apple pie and almost everyone I know has ate here once in their lifetime, so if you ever see me write about a chain establishment like this, it will probably be to review the service and the décor. This is one of those reviews. When I was about 4 years old, they build a McDonald’s in Fontana at Sierra and the 10 freeway. That would be about the early 70’s and at that time, all their stores were built the same. With the excess of the 80’s came expansion and remodeling to make the locations even more family friendy than before. I imaging that the location that I ate my McGriddle at one morning last week in Simi Valley was remodeled less than 10 years ago. It is full of woodgrained laminate and a variety of lighting and seating which makes it look sleek, stylish and homey if you enjoy a slightly modern aesthetic. No problems with the food. Got it in 30 seconds flat.
