I called Jim at 7 pm Sat night and he returned my call immediately for a pick up the next day in Simi Valley. We do not live in the area so I went off Unilocal and he had the best reviews. Jim took photos of the area and sent them to me to show his work was completed– and WOW! What an amazing clean up job! He took my cc over the phone and emailed me the receipt. Very easy to work with and the reviews say it all.

I’ve used Jims junk removal twice now. Once when we tore down a giant wooden shed about a year ago, & again right before we moved out of our house last month. Jim & Eric were awesome. They went over and above. I have recommended them to friends & neighbors. 1 neighbor has used them & is using them for the 2nd time this weekend. I will use them again & will keep recommending them to anyone that needs junk removed from their property.

Wonderful service, punctual and hardworking. We hired them to haul random stuff from trash, broken furnature and stuff we just wanted to get rid off. They moved heavy spider infested items, very friendly and even cleaned the piles of leaves under our stuff they moved. Would highly recommend using their service.

I am 100% happy with Jim’s hauler service.
He was a professional! He returned phone calls timely and showed up on time. He even swept up my garage. I had about a trailer load of misc construction items and misc «stuff» from remodeling. He got everything loaded in like 15 minutes. Don’t bother trying to do this yourself — just hire this gentleman and his company to haul it all away. I will have him come back in about a month after more remodeling work. Thanks Jim!!! He was straightforward with pricing and I appreciate that.

Jim just cleaned out my late aunt’s junk-​filled garage. AWESOME, easy, cleaned up better than ever service at a reasonable price. Jim and crew were on time, friendly, and meticulous about asking us questions about certain items. They also stacked the remaining boxes and swept everything. I only wish we could add many more than five stars for this company!

I am a Realtor and I had to find someone to haul some junk for a client. I found Jim on Unilocal and gave him a call. It was easy to set up the appointment. Although he was a little bit delayed in getting to my client, he was efficient and got everything hauled away. Jim and his crew are AMAZING!!! We had a couch that we wanted to donate, but no one would take. I had a ton (literally) of construction debris left all over my property and lots of donation items that I needed to get rid of and honestly did not want the expense and hassle of doing it myself.
