5 star service and work for a great price. Carlos is professional, explains everything he’s doing, gets you the set up you want, works politely in your home, is careful, tidy and deliberate in his work. The price seems more than fair (although I didn’t price compare at all because the quote was very reasonable). Bonus points for convenient timing for scheduling the job. I had to reschedule an appointment I made because I went into labor that morning and it was less than an hour before the appointment by the time I had the presence of mind to text Carlos. He was cool about it. Three weeks later, when I wanted to reschedule, Carlos was available that day and the job was done 4 hours after I texted him. Talk about flexible. My job wasn’t fancy — mount a flat screen, hide some wires — but he still went beyond my expectations by making sure I knew how to us the system and putting it all together neatly. As for my 3-​week-​old baby at home, Carlos and his associate were considerate about noise and my privacy. Highly recommending Install Nation.

Carlos did a wonderful job with mounting two of my TVs and setting up my surround sound system. I liked that there was no pressure when I got the initial quote and he had several good ideas of how to set it up with consideration given to cost. Very professional, on time, and did such a great job — definitely recommend!

Well, Carlos, you’ve done it again. After meeting you a couple years ago when you installed a bedroom television for us (ceiling mount), I would only let your company do the wall mount installation of our 50″ flatscreen in our living room. Once again, you came through with professionalism, availability and friendliness. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

Wow, I was more than impressed. I saw the first reviewer who gave Carlos a 5 star but then saw her other few reviews and they were all 5 stars, so I wasn’t sure what to take of it. I then read his hand written reviews on his website and had enough courage to call. From the start of the conversation he (Carlos) was super nice and professional. He wasn’t pushy or too rushed he was professional. He gave me quite a deal it was hard to pass up but it was truly his professionalism that sealed things. I wasn’t there for the install my in-​laws were and I was nervous. I am sorry to say I didn’t have that much trust in his trade. I feel more times than not I get screwed with trades (plumbing/​electrical/​handy/​construction) folks. So I waited for the catch. Instead I got a call from my father in-​law telling me how great Carlos was and how smooth things were going. He explained everything before hand, gave his recommendation and did a clean and professional install. He was right on time, he was on site as long as he said, he was right on with the quote. He installed 2 TVs for us, one on the wall and one above the fireplace both with concealed wires so he had to bring power to the location and run all the cables through the wall. He explained our options when issues arose such as the mantle was not level, he was patient and helpful. He also has a genuine demeanor which to me is important, he took pride in his work and was appreciative of my business. Not to mention, his genuineness gave reassured me, it’s not that comfortable to have a stranger in your house all day… it was comfortable to have Carlos.
We live in Newbury Park and he said he works in all the surrounding areas of Simi.
The best part of this, the TVs look so clean and so tight on the walls.

Can’t say enough great things about Carlos. Probably the nicest guy I’ve ever met. Our TV looks stunning above our fireplace the speakers he installed in the ceiling sound great. The surround sound is amazing! Could not be more happy with the finished project. Carlos did a fantastic job.
