Grind 2 Shine

Grind 2 Shine Basketball and Coach Bo have been a positive and enriching experience for my two sons. Not only do they continue to improve as basketball players but most of all, they are learning to become leaders, hardworking, and respectful people who are gaining the right tools to overcome challenges. Coach Bo’s approach to training and handling of young minds is something I have never witnessed in sports. It is simply amazing and innovative!
Nicknamed by the parents as «The Basketball Whisperer «, Bo strives to build a solid basketball foundation of both skills and mental by using expert knowledge, challenging training methods, delivered with a soft/​caring voice. Unlike most traditional coaches who yell and berate players, Coach Bo gently speaks to his players yet relentlessly demands attention to detail and doing things the right way. Focusing more on long-​term individual development as opposed to immediate wins/​losses. Frankly, it is awesome to see and be a part of. Loved by players and parents alike, our community is blessed to have someone like Coach Bo.
