I work for a company and due to a recent change in staff with accounting, found myself paying Edison bills for several buildings at Fernando’s as they needed to be paid asap. I clearly had no experience in how to pay bills for 32 individual accounts(I work for an apartment community), and clearly Dick had no interest in being helpful. He was awfully rude in our whole 5 minutes or so of interacting. Fine, I can deal with that-just glad it’s done… nope. The transaction was never sent to Edison properly, which, of course created a nightmare! When I had called him to inquire why it had not been sent, he offered no help, and seemed irritated that I had called. I felt helpless so I requested his name and title in an effort to establish some sort of accountability on his end. He responded by demanding my name and title. I hung up on him… he’s useless.
