Dr. Daniel Yacobi practices all phases of cosmetic and implant dentistry and has been committed to creating beautiful smiles since graduating from Goldman’s School of Dental Medicine at Boston University in 2007. Upon graduation, Dr. Daniel Yacobi has completed extensive post-​graduate training in Advanced Full Mouth Reconstruction and Management, Comprehensive Esthetic and Functional Dentistry and Implant and Restorative Dentistry. Dr Daniel Yacobi’s friendly and compassionate nature makes going to the Dentist fun and easy. Dr. Daniel utilizes the newest technologies while staying current with the latest techniques in Restorative Dentistry, Laser Dentistry, Endodontics, Implants, Anesthesia, and Esthetics. Dr. Daniel Yacobi is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, West LA Dental Association, San Fernando Valley Dental Study Club, and International Congress of Implantology.

I had my first appointment with Dr. Yacobi this week. I was referred to him by a friend of mine who is a patient. He was very professional and he seems like a genuinely nice person. The way he interacted with me and some of the other patients in the waiting room was very friendly. After doing an extensive check-​up, he prescribed me something for a couple of weird bumps I had in my mouth. He also told me that I need to have my wisdom teeth removed soon. It was a really good experience with him, and his front desk staff is super nice too.

Dental Dan. What can I say. I’ve been going to him ever since he was a dentist. He is hands down the best dentist around. I have been through many in my years. He is the best. Not only does he care for his patients but he is respectful, professional and honest. I’m actually proud to call him a friend. It’s always a treat when you are treated like a human being instead of a dollar sign. His expertise in his industry is above and beyond to boot. Highly recommend his services. The best of the best. They took me on time. The office was clean. The staff were very friendly. The Doctor was extremely knowledgeable and professional. My teeth were cleaned with love and I was in and out in no time. They even gave me a goody bad including new tooth brush, floss and toothpaste. I was very happy with my experience with Dr. Daniel Yacobi and will continue to use his services as my dentist and refer my family and friends. Thank you Doc.

Dr. Yacobi and his staff are awesome. I go to the dentist every four months, and the staff means everything to me. This group of dental professionals is top notch. They have helped me with teeth grinding by fitting me for a mouth guard. They recommended a water pick because I hate flossing, and the results are amazing. My jaw pain has gone away, and my teeth and gums are the healthiest they have ever been. Very happy, and will continue to go to Dr. Yacobi as long as he wants to be a dentist.

Dr. Yacobi is a great and honest dentist. He uses state of the art of the equipment and he’s up to date on all the new advances in dentistry. He does before and after pictures so you really know how your treatment is doing. I trust him for all my dental care. Highly recommend!

I went in for a cleaning and check-​up. Dr. Yacobi and his staff were very professional.
I was happy with the treatment I received.
Dr. Yacobi took photographs of the inside of my mouth, then showed me in detail what was wrong with my teeth. I have never seen the inside of my mouth in such detail, and he was able to explain to me exactly what I needed to have done, and through his detailed explanation I was able to see and understand.
The hygienist is very thorough and professional. She had a very calming demeanor that immediately put me at ease, and she did a wonderful job. She was also very good at explaining proper dental hygiene to prevent cavities.
I really like Dr. Yacobi and his staff. I will defiantly be back.

For general dentistry or reconstruction this is the dentist for you. I had a minor emergency that needed to be taken care of as quickly as possible. They had me in the office the same day. This is a young talented dentist skilled in reconstruction and General. dentistry. They have several ultramodern stations and a skilled staff. Dr. Yacoby fully explains every procedure and offers several alternatives. No pressure for nonessential or expensive procedures.

when I came in to Daniel Yacobi’s Simi Valley office, I was carrying a heavy burden. I had not been able to smile for 29 years, with big gaps and crooked teeth. I had accepted the fact that I was going to go a full life without smiling once in a photograph.
Daniel Yacobi, with his many years of experience, and go getter attitude, didn’t let me give up.
With only 4 hours on the chair, and NO PAIN WHATSOEVER (I can’t emphasize enough how much he goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable), and I walked out a new man.
It wasn’t expensive. And I have gained more than money could ever buy, confidence.
He’s more than a dentist, he’s a friend — because he actually cares. and I appreciate that.
I’m sure you will too!

Dr. Dan (s) were absolutely amazing! I have been dreading getting my sensitive tooth fixed. He put me at ease and was wonderful during the entire root canal process. My appointments were made quickly and he put a rush on my permanent crown so that it would be done before the holidays. He called to check on me after my initial procedure and even prescribed pain medication… which I didn’t end up needing because he did such a great job. Highly recommended for great quality and customer service. Thank you Dr. Dan!

I went to D. Yacobi because I needed to have some bond material put on the top of one of my front bottom teeth due to chipping. I had this procedure several times in the past… not by D. Yacobi. He worked on my tooth and had put some material on the tooth that required an instrument to be held on or by the product. He was pleased with the way it turned out, and tried to encourage me to have the tooth beside it bonded as well. I couldn’t afford to have it done, and he stated that he didn’t like the way it looked with one fixed and the one beside it not fixed. He was very generous saying he would fix it at no charge, and he did.
I liked the way it looked… but, after a couple of days, some of the material came off.
So, I went back… He got very defensive, and counted my teeth saying the tooth that he repaired for free, was the tooth that the material came off of. I corrected him, which didn’t help his mood. He worked on my tooth and reapplied the material… And to my surprise, he took the material off the tooth that he had so generously done for free. The material that he reapplied to the original chipped tooth, came off. With all the bonded material off my tooth now, my tooth felt different than it used to. For some reason, he had drilled my tooth almost to a nub. Now, I think I will need to have a cap put on that tooth, which I most certainly cannot afford… Where on earth am I going to get the money to do that?
All I wanted was to have material on that tooth so it wouldn’t chip any more.

I don’t live in Simi Valley or even close to it… I came all the way from Sherman Oaks to see Dr. Yacobi because he’s the best at what he does!
The office is nice and clean and the staff is friendly.
I came here twice. Once for cleaning and the second time for a couple of cavities I needed to have done.
The dental hygienist is super professional and very thorough.
Dr. Yacobi goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable and relaxed.
He explained everything that I needed to have done in detail and also took detailed pictures to show me exactly what needs to be done.
I’ve been to numerous different dental offices and dentists in my life and you can really tell when someone takes pride in their practice and really cares about their patients.
I would highly recommend Dr. Yacobi to everyone I know!

Dr. Dan is an amazing dentist who very caring gentle and proficient. I was really impressed with Dr. Dan’s ability to articulate how important teeth and gums are to the overall health and well-​being of one’s body. I came in because like most i had not seen a dentist in a while and needed a cleaning and had noticed that my jaw was feeling a little weird of late. During my consultation with Dr. Dan, he noticed some signs of clenching and grinding on my teeth and actually asked me if i get headaches often and jaw sourness. When i explained my story, he listened attentively and helped me realize that i do indeed grind and clench my teeth due to stress and TMJ issues. I have some clicking in my jaw that does seem to be getting worse until he made me a Biteguard. At first i was a bit skeptical about the need to need a nightguard or any appliance made, but he assured me that it would make me feel better within a few weeks so i gave it a try. Dr. Dan likes to take a lot of pictures to illustrate what we do to our teeth when we don’t notice, and he definitely convinced me that my teeth are wearing away a little. He makes funny analogies like how the TMJ is like a hinge on a door that swings open and closed. Anyway, he made me a bite guard and i must say that after a month of wearing it, i do feel a lot better. Less Headaches and muscle pains and my teeth feel healthier and whiter after getting a deep cleaning and in general check up.
I would definitely recommend Dr. Dan and SimiDental Group to anyone. He has the best Hygienists and the office is definitely worth the drive.

Dr Daniel is helping me straighten my teeth with Clear Correct. He is very knowledgable and explained to me exactly how it works. I was able to pick between Clear Correct and Invisalign, since he does both, and chose CC. We fitted me for them in his state of the art facility and then he called me when the 3D model was ready for me to review. I was able to see exactly what was going to happen and how long it would take. Once I was on board, we ordered the trays.
I’m not three weeks into it and look forward to updating Unilocal on my progress. I can only tell you that Dr Daniel and his staff have been fabulous and if you are reading this, you should know he has my endorsement!
