Specialties

I offer support to families who are struggling with a child’s behavior, teaching them skills to help minimize and resolve behavior challenges. My method emphasizes collaboration, pre-​planning, and communication while reducing outbursts, yelling, and general inappropriate behavior.

I also offer academic tutoring and have had tremendous success working with various students of different ages. During the summer, I can create curriculum to review topics from the previous year and/​or prepare your child for the next year. I’ve helped students in all academic areas, but specialize in math.

A trained and certified teacher, I’ve worked in education for 10 years — teaching in the classroom, training new teachers, and consulting with experienced teachers. I have had success with individual and class-​wide behavior management with children of all ages.
