I’ve always been treated very fair here, Nick the owner always takes care of me and if there is an issue which is very rare, Nick never hesitates to take care of the matter.
The place is small but it has everything you need with the best prices in town, I highly recommend coming here if you’re into vaping and want an awesome and honest experience.

Cloud 10 Vape Bar is a little gem in Ventura County for those who want to get their e-​cigarette fix without having to go to the valley. Cloud 10 has a variety of brands such as intrinsic and five prawns-​both which have great flavors. The shop is clean and organized and anything you need is easy to find. Service is simple and the young guy behind the counter knows his stuff; he answered all my questions regarding flavors, what’s better, how-​to, and more.

CLOUD 10 is the biggest rip off EVER! Do not go here! They sell you junk, they won’t exchange a malfunctioning product, they upsell and THAT doesn’t work, they attempt to upsell AGAIN… and who knew… THAT product also didn’t work. Instead of just exchanging my product for a working product, they gave me something cheaper and WOULD NOT GIVE ME THE DIFFERENCE OF MY MONEY BACK! The kid had to call the owner and the owner wouldn’t allow him to give me my money back! The owner, Nick, told the kid to have me come back in on Monday after 6pm to get the difference of my money back!!! Ummmm… WTF??? Really??? If I buy something at Macey’s and it doesn’t fit… I exchange it and if there is money due back… I get it back… period. What is going on here!!! Cloud 10 STOLE MY MONEY! What kind of customer service is this? And it’s not even about that… it’s about doing the right thing… and CLOUD 10 DID NOT DO THE RIGHT THING. Nick is a rip off artist. Find a more HONEST shop to invest in. Unbelievable. I am beside myself with this. I am going to blow my top if I go in Monday and still have no resolution.

Friendly staff, small little shop with an ok selection of E-​juice. My bad for not comparing prices, they’re a bit over priced. Not to mention the owner is terrible at builds. Which I found out half way through 2 separate builds. One new and one rebuild. Had to go to Simi Vapor for a nice build.

The juice selection is the best in Simi. Anytime I have gone in I end up falling in love with a new flavor. The best brands are always in stock that I am looking for. Whether it’s 5 Pawns, Breakfast Club, or Smax, they always have it in, and in stock. Friendly staff who knows vaping and has great prices on any mechanical mod or vaping supplies. I don’t go anywhere else!

I had an amazing experience here. The guy working was very informative. The prices were the best ive seen ever since i started vaping. He even let me test out my piece before i bought it. I will definitely be back there again.

Went here to buy replacement atomizers from aspire. When I got home I found out the atomizers were fake and copycat aspire products. That’s why they tasted burnt. I called and spoke to them and they were nice and said they would replace them. When I came back in to replace them they only had 3 replacements for me when I bought a 5 pack so I asked for a free juice and they gave me one. I was happy… Till I got home and the new atomizers I was given as replacement all did not work. Two were misshaped and would not fit in my device. And the other just didn’t work. I gave them a second chance because I truly believed they didn’t know the first product they sold me was a fake, but now feel very cheated and will not go back here again

Dishonest business. I came in here to support local business and see if this place was any better than Vapor Hub… That’s where I made my mistake. The owner is completely unprofessional, I have spent over $ 120 at this store in the past two weeks and when I needed help working with my clone, the owner began yelling and cussing at me over the phone. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! Especially when you’ve given this man your hard earned money to help keep his shop open. By word of mouth alone this shop will be closed quite soon. I do not recommend coming to this business unless you want to spend more money than necessary. If you are looking for quality products with knowledgeable and actually helpful staff that isn’t just trying to sell you as much as they can and make you waste money. Cloud 10 doesn’t deserve your money. Unprofessional owner cussing at me after I’ve given him my hard earned money? Completely unacceptable. I will be telling every single person I know that vapes NOT to come to cloud 10.

I came here after having bad experiences at other places where the staff wasn’t friendly or helpful, and now I recommend Cloud 10 to all of my friends! I love this place. The owner is so helpful. The prices are good. When I go into other vape bars I always feel so awkward like there’s a bunch of unfriendly hipsters. But at cloud 10 they always are friendly and answer all of my questions.

Amazing! Myself and my wife decided to quit smoking before our wedding so we stopped by thus place, the owner is an incredibly friendly and down to earth guy who treats his customers more as friends than an opportunity for sales. When I visited other vape shops I found myself feeling uncomfortable due to the attitudes of some owners and also the regulars who stare or look down on new customers, none of which I felt in cloud 10.
Highly recommended!

New favorite spot in Simi. I went in the week I quit smoking and their helpful staff told me everything I need to know about beginning vaping. Then I had an issue with a part I purchased and they gave me a loaner-​part while they fixed it. Great service, prices, and vibes. They also have great E-​liquids for way cheaper than anywhere else I’ve been in town.

Let me start off with complementing the staff and perhaps owner. The gentlemen was very cordial and helped introduce me to the store.
I was also in the market for a new tank which they were happy to go through the pros and cons of each. After I had selected the one I wanted to buy (which was not the most expensive by far) it was on to the juice.
I must have tried 30 different flavors and the owner got more friendly with each new flavor I tried. They never at any point made me feel pressured or hurried to get a selection and I must’ve spent 25 – 30 minutes there.
I would recommend this place on all fronts including price, selection, and most importantly (to me at least) customer service. This new industry has spawned quite a bit of these shops and this one should make it as long as they continue to stay solid like they are now.
