Our 10,000 sq-​ft facility & our award-​winning USASF safety-​certified coaches provide our students with a safe, athletic, fun experience in a positive environment. Many of our customers start with us in elementary school and continue until they graduate from high school.

We have activities for students ages 4−18yr, beginning thru advanced:

— Full year All-​star cheerleading teams

— Half year All-​star Prep cheerleading teams

— cheerleading classes

— gymnastics classes

— private lessons

— birthday parties

— camps

— high school cheer training

Our customers come from many areas besides just Simi Valley (such as Conejo Valley, San Fernando Valley, Santa Clarita Valley, Ventura county, and the greater Los Angeles area).

CheerForce coaches also coach several local high school cheerleading teams (Royal HS, Grace Brethren HS, Moorpark HS, & Thousand Oaks HS)

History

Established in 2001.

CheerForce started with 1 location here in Simi Valley and has now grown to 6 locations throughout Southern and Central California.

CheerForce is consistently ranked among the Top 25 cheer gyms in the United States and the Top 3 in California.

Meet the Business Owner

Becky H.

Business Owner

CheerForce is owned and operated by Becky and Shawn Herrera, both graduates of USC (’96 & ’97) and huge USC Trojan football fans! Becky and Shawn met in high school and married in 1999, after finishing college.

Coach Becky started CheerForce in 2001, practicing out of the park, with a few students. Now CheerForce is one of the largest all-​star cheer programs in the United States, has 6 locations throughout California, and trains several thousand students.

I’m not a parent here but a spectator and a friend of a parent — this place rocks ! The teams are amazing, the facility is huge and top notch. I love that the coaches are so supportive of the girls and care for them — it’s so apparent that there’s a great deal of encouragement here! The girls also share and learn from eachother which is so nice to see!

My husband and I have been cheerleading in Allstar and Collegiate Cheer for over 10 years and we’ve finally «retired». Now its our daughters time to cheer, and she is 7. Bella is having the most amazing time being there. It’s really great watching her progress as she is growing and learning at each practice, tumbling class, and privates, (which by the way privates with Coach John are awesome) not only her skills but her social skills as well.
I can’t tell you how much we are excited to see her grow up, and to watch her make new friends and go to competitions together. To see her go through the same emotions, and steps we went through to be an amazing athlete. I would recommend Cheerforce to anyone. This is the very gym my husband started his allstar cheer career and he has the opportunity to meet and do amazing things, including meeting me LOL. Anyways I am looking forward to what the future will bring for Bella at Cheerforce. :)

My daughter started at CheerForce 3 years ago after being part of another Cheer Team that folded. My daughter absolutely loves cheer and there is no place we would rather be. She has learned so many new skills, her jumps have improved and she is well rounded athlete thank you to CheerForce and their fantastic coaches, owners and staff. My now 5 year old daughter is on the half year team and enjoys every second of being in the gym and with our CheerForce family.
It is truly a family and the coaches are extremely well trained, positive, caring and they all have the best interest of their athletes in mind!
We will never go to another gym.

After 3 years of competition cheerleading, my Daughters were looking to be challenged and after our move to Cheerforce for their 4th season, they not only learned to throw their tuck on the floor during the second month of joining, they also bonded quickly with all of the amazing staff and coaches. Great Gym, Great Choice!

I moved my three daughters to this gym last year. We couldn’t be happier with this gym! Looking back, the change was scary, but so glad we did it! My daughters all improved immediately and poor tumbling was corrected, without making them feel bad. Today I’m proud to say we’ve gone from Level 1 to Level 4, in a year! The coaches are extremely talented and really push the kids to get the best from them! Shawn and Becky really take the time to get to know the kids and parents. I’ve loved the competitions they have taken us to and are always very organized with providing us information as to parking, directions, and hotel information. The parents at this gym are really friendly and we look forward to catching up in the parents room or on the road at one of our weekend cheer comps. We are looking forward to this new cheer season with even more exciting locations being added to our schedule! Hope to see you at CheerForce Simi!!!

Sorry folks but the customer service is absent. Male owner antagonistic and pompous. It used to be a fun place for my daughter to learn cheer. No regard for parents input, comments or questions! In fact he doesn’t like parents. My daughter overheard him tell other children this. He prefers to be on the level with the children. So take your chances here. His wife is a sweetheart. The place is clean. Good cheer routines. Something has changed and my daughter doesn’t want to go anymore.

my daughter has been an all star cheerleader for 7 years, CheerForce, Simi Valley is the only gym that has actually follows their contract. the owners, coaches and athletes are AMAZING! We drive 50 miles each way & it’s worth every mile! this gym doesn’t just shape elite athletes, they truly care & help shape amazing young adults!

They opened a Ventura Cheer Club and my daughter was so excited to participate… within weeks they had no Ventura Gym… Cheer Force had us driving to Camarillo and Simi Valley to do the twice a week practices very early Sundays and late evening Wednesdays. Not easy to do but we did. Now just days before we were scheduled for a two day competition they have pulled our team from this event with no opportunity for all the families to get money back from hotel guarantees… I certainly would not recommend them or their customer service.
