Our family business, Can Solivera, is dedicated to the artisanal production of excellent olive oil and olive-oil products at four different locations in Spain. All these revolve around the world-famous Catalonian olive variety known as Arbequina. We at Can Solivera produce all our olive oil with a craftsman’s love and respect for nature and traditions. We will never compromise on quality.
History
Established in 1997.
Can Solivera started producing olive oil in 1997, using a monovariety of Arbequina olives. Since then we have branch out to producing four different oilve oils, of which two are certified organic, further more we are one of the few olive oil producers that still use the ancient stone mill to crush and the traditional press to process the olives that go into our Organic Stone mill olive oil. Our other oils are extracted by the more modern means of centrigugal extraction. Naturally, all our oils are cold pressed.
In late 2014, we expanded into the United States, and we have an order and fulfillment center in California. Your online orders will be shipped from California and will arrive to you door within days.

Manager
Grant has been a UPS employee for thirty years, currently in San Fernando, California. He enjoys golf, travel, spending time with friends and family and savoring excellent olive oil.
Grant was made president of Can Solivera USA, as the mother company expanded into the United States. He is a cousin of Hans de Roos, owner of the Can Solivera farm
