Jeff and Spencer at All Valley Air installed a new Carrier 5 ton unit. They arrived on time and was great to get along with. The install of the Carrier unit was breeze, when they where done there was no mess. Spencer even took some extra time to install my Nest thermostat for me and there where no problems days after they left.

In the middle of a heat wave, our A/​C stopped working. I called Jeff at All Valley Air, and he was able to come out the next day! Both Jeff and Spencer were two of the nicest guys I have ever met, and they went above and beyond to fix my Air that same day! All Valley Air is a true life-​saver. I will be recommending them to everyone I know in the Conejo Valley! Two thumbs up!

Very pleased with the honest work that was done. We were charged only one service charged as promised even though Todd had to come twice which we knew ahead of time. Our 35 year old unit was fixed the next day good as new.

These guys are great! Their visit ended up costing us way less than we expected because we did not need all of the work that the other companies were selling us. Also, they took the extra step to do the custom little tweaks that improved the ascetics and ease of use.

I was very pleased with my experience with them. My AC stopped working, called them up at 8am and they were at my house by 10. What a feeling it is to find a superb, absolutely qualified and completely professional vendor. Some years ago, while setting up a small recording studio, I got lucky –plain and simple– and came across these folks. The advice I received from them regarding the type of unit and installation was top-​notch, and their workmanship beyond reproach. When the time finally came to service these units, I did not for one second hesitate: no one else *crossed* my mind, All Valley Air was/​is it for me. And as a bonus, to add a little something to the equation, these guys are great! They’re as nice as can be, and in my book, that seals the deal. Call them. You will never regret it.

Jeff and crew installed our AC several years ago. They were totally professional, on time, well-​priced and cleaned up perfectly. They came to service our unit once, and did a fine job again. Cannot recommend them to highly! Call them!

Jeff at All Valley Air is great to work with. He came out to inspect our unit within a couple hours of our call and was able to provide a very cost-​effective approach where others had tried to sell a complete system change which was not necessary. We had a new unit up and running in no time and paid ¹⁄₃ of what it would have cost if we had went with the more expensive company. All Valley Air installed a brand new A/​C Unit and Heater in my home a few months ago… They were the best price of 4 companies I researched! They were friendly, helpful and most of all trustworthy. I actually just called the office bc I couldn’t get my heater to turn on and they walked me through the process and gave me other helpful tips as well. Great Guys — Great Company! Thank you!

We had a problem with our coil on our A/​C. We were told that it would need to be replaced. We were awaiting a call from a scheduler to set up the work (this was with another company). In the meantime, due to the heat, we called All Valley Air, Jeff and another guy came out as promised, they were able to CLEAN, rather than replace the coil. The cost was exactly ½ that was quoted by the other company AND the A/​C is working perfectly
I would like to note that the other company NEVER called me back in spite of my calling them again the next day. I am glad that we called Jeff at All Valley Air. He is our new A/​C and heating guy.

Found them to be honest and reliable. Another A/​C contractor had come out and told us we needed to replace our unit that freon was leaking. Turns out this was not the case and we just needed to replace a part on the heater that blows the air. Turned out to be a $ 250.00 repair vs. $ 4000 for a new A/​C. Fast, efficient and honest.

I was fortunate to have Jeff and All Valley Air recommended to me by a good friend. This friend has done a lot of work with All Valley Air and has referred them to others over the years. So, I felt pretty confident about working with Jeff and that I didn’t have to shop around.
Everything surpassed my expectations. From the in home consultation thru the install day (³⁄₂₂). We had a new condenser, furnace, ducts, thermostat and registers installed. The works. Could not have gone better. The competitive prices were great and Jeff’s knowledge was greatly appreciated.
