Me and my neighbor’s common fence was in dire need of replacement. My neighbor Jason got two other quotes and I received 2 independent quotes on my own. He found Dana thru Unilocal and the quote Dana submitted was by far the most economical. He explained to us in detail what he will do, the materials he will use, and the process involved. We read the reviews in Unilocal and came to the conclusion that we should hire Dana. I only met him in person on the first day that he came to start the fence. As soon as I spoke to him, I realized we chose the right guy. His demeanor and personality is so amiable, he was very easy to talk to and I felt comfortable with him right away. And oh boy, he surely does know what he’s doing and he will take his time to ensure that the work was not hap-​hazard. He has the tools, the talent, the experience and was accountable for his commitment. He was supposed to have a helper but the guy flaked out on him. Dana still persevered and completed the project on his own. The fence came out excellent, and completely met my expectations. I am so glad we decided to hire Dana and if I ever have any other home improvement project that will fall under his expertise, I will definitely call him again. I just became a Dana fan and a loyal customer!

Made an appointment for Dana to come out and give me an estimate. Planned a Saturday morning around it. He failed to show. Left a message but he didn’t reply back.

Great experience working with Dana. He is the owner and performs all the work himself. The quality and attention to detail was spot on. The price was very competitive and he also helped educate me on windscreen options.

I first called Dana and left a message when I was shopping around for quotes. He was out of town and still returned my call a week later and luckily I hadn’t settled with anyone yet to come do the job. Dana was able to give me a quote over the phone, and since my schedule didn’t allow us to meet for him to inspect the property for a quote, I was able to send him pictures and give him full details of what I wanted. After sending him pictures, he quoted me HALF of what every other company was quoting me. I immediately gave him the job and asked when he could start.
He was able to come within the week, put up two little fences to enclose our back yard for our dog. He did such a great job, and worked all by himself. The area was clean, the fence is sturdy and I am happy. Our dog was able to get out through an existing gate, and Dana had recommended how he would replace it, came out a few days later and my dog hasn’t been out since! Thank you Dana for your great work, I can’t wait to have you come and finish our last gate when we’re ready.

I found Dana and his fence installation services on Unilocal.He came out and gave us a quote for the installation of a wood fence with access gates. Not only were his prices fair and reasonable, but Dana completed the work on his own. When I requested to make changes to the original fence layout, Dana was very flexible and accommodating. When the job was complete, Dana’s work area was clean as he hauled away any materials from the previous fencing. Not only is he skilled at his profession, he is a good and honest person. I would definitely use his services again!

Dana came to us through an internet search for people willing to repair existing fences. We had to fix my parents’ fence when we went to sell the house. Others said they’d do it, then came out and moonwalked away. Not Dana! It was no problem for him. He has the tools and the talent.

Advance Fence installed several fences and gates in my house over the past 15 years, starting with the pool fence. Originally it was 6ft and the 4ft once my kids got older.
