It’s like I have brand new carpeting. Did a wonderful job. Machine was quiet. Showed up on time. Reasonably priced. My second time using them and will use them again! Five stars all the way!

I had the privilege to have Russ and Ralph clean my carpet at my new house that I just purchased. Russ explained everything to me up front when it came to cost, and they made sure that they protected my walls and my flooring. my carpet was dry a few hours later and my wife and I were very happy with the carpet, and would HIGHLY recommend A and R carpet cleaning to my friends and family. Outstanding owner and employees.

Most of the reviews pertain to carpet cleaning. I just had my kitchen and hallway tiles steam cleaned today. The results are nothing short of amazing. Like other reviewers, I have to say that these people are on time and extremely professional. My floors look brand new. Just wish I had not spent so much time on my knees trying to accomplish what they did. Do yourself a favor, and your tiles, call A&R believe me, you will not regret it

I Don’t do reviews often. you have to be really bad for me to take the time to do this. This is the worst cleaning company ever! Do not use them! Run! I rented a house that they supposedly cleaned and it was so dirty that it looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. The grout was black on the floors and countertops. baseboards not cleaned… windows not cleaned properly… blinds not cleaned… oven and stove not cleaned. I have many photos… We had to hire someone to come in a clean behind them after the owner paid them hundreds of dollars. Even the carpets were not cleaned properly, all the owner wanted was for them to come and re clean the carpets and they wanted to charge even more. The carpet still had stains and was very hard and crunchy almost as if a residue was left in the carpet and dried on the carpet. This is totally unacceptable! I am just not sure how a company can operate like this and not even care if a customer is happy or satisfied. All I can say is do not use these people for commercial cleaning because they do not clean properly and you will waste your money! and to make matters worse. the company wanted to take no responsibility for this and in fact wanted to charge even more to come out and re clean the carpets… Totally unacceptable!!! Run!

First, I need to preface that I am a hard sell. Talking to the owner made me feel at ease, but not because of his sales pitch, but the lack of one. The tech that arrived was AMAZING! He was early. He was professional. He was truly the highlight of my new home purchase. He only cleaned my carpets, but the quality and caliber of work performed was impeccable. I own a few properties and dislike carpet, but if a carpet cleaning can be this pleasant, I might start liking carpet again!

This is the best company we ever hired to clean our carpets. They are true professionals in every sense of the word. They are honest, on time and really clean your carpets like they have never been cleaned before for a very reasonable price.

I can not say enough good things about this company. I have several years experience with them. They have cleaned the house for my employer as well as her office. They have cleaned a rental property and a house for my friend.
I have met not only Russ who is an owner, but one of his employees. They have always been courteous, reliable, and professional. These folk know how to properly clean a carpet. They are honest with you about what will and what will not come out stain wise.
Good carpet cleaning doesn’t have to cost a fortune but keep in mind you get what you pay for. You aren’t going to get the $ 9.99 a room scam here where the person cleaning your carpet breezes over it with a lick and a promise, making it look better while wet but the same when dry. Worse yet, that bargain place will sell you a ton of ad-​ons then leave it looking nasty.
A & R will clean your carpet for an advance quoted fair price, then leave the carpet looking and smelling clean when they are done. I’ve seen them work in four different building, with four different types of carpet stains and carpet fabrics. I’ve never been disappointed after they leave and the carpet dries. I know if a stain did not come up, it’s because it’s not coming up.
If you want quality service, give these folks a call. Once you do, you will understand why I can’t say enough good things about them. I wish I had taken before and after pictures of my friend’s house because the difference is dramatic. The house smells fabulous, looks great and it’s almost like having a brand new carpet.
